The Episode starts with Naitik and Akshara having a sweet talk in hospital. He asks her to take his words seriously. She makes a plane of the paper and flies. He hugs her and says I m very glad. Everyone prepare to welcome Akshara. Rashmi and Gayu come there. Nandini says Mohit told late. Rashmi says I came to meet Akshara, Sameer asked me to go, he is not in India, else he would have come. Devyaani says Akshara is the connecting link of our family. Naksh says we will welcome her well, and goes to decorate the car. He gets a packet and thinks whats this. He gets the flowers. He shows the flowers to Tara and wonders why is Akshara and Naitik lying, he will find it out. Tara says that person should be punished too.

Naksh hugs her. Everyone smile. Akshara hugs her parents, and everyone. Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai………plays…………….. Devyaani does her grahpravesh. Akshara recalls Gayatri and her grah pravesh at her marriage time. She gets teary eyed and walks inside leaving red foodprints. They all smile seeing her. She looks at the mirrors placed around her. She asks whats all this, so many mirrors. Devyaani says its happiness that you came, that we want to multiply. Rajshri says we want you to be seen in every corner of the house. Akshara asks whose idea was this. Devyaani says Naksh and Tara. Akshara calls Naksh and hugs him. She says their love and blessings got her back, thank you all, I m very lucky.
Shanti Tai comes there and greets everyone. She asks them to dance and celebrate. She goes to Akshara and hugs. She thanks Lord that Akshara got fine and came back. I m very happy seeing you, you are like my own daughter. When I heard about your accident, I was worried, I came running here, I kept mannat for your welfare. They all make Akshara sit and dance for her. Dil se bandhe ek dor…………….plays…………….
Dada ji asks Naitik did he find out the person. Naitik does not answer. He takes Akshara to rest. She thanks him for not telling anything to Dada ji. He says yes, I did not wish to upset anyone by saying this. Her vision blurs and she gets dizzy, he holds her and asks what happened. She says I m fine, darkness came in my vision. He says I will call doctor. She says I m taking medicines, I will rest. Rajshri and Vishwamber see this and worry. Vishwamber says I will also hold her and take her to room. Rajshri says no need, Naitik is here. Naitik lifts Akshara and takes her to room. Rajshri smiles. Naitik asks Akshara to take rest. She asks you got afraid right when I got dizzy. He says no.
