*Kartik*: Papa, I am scared. I am scared Papa.

*Manish*: Kartik, Naira takes this type of situation very calm and solves the problem. But you ? You’re nothing like your wife.

*Kartik*: Papa, (crying) I really love her. I can’t even imagine an uncomfortable situation hitting Naira. Papa, I want Naira Papa. Nothing should happen to her.

*Manish*: Kartik, are you stupid ? She has just fainted. Nothing else happened.

The ambulance arrives. Naira is taken in a stretcher. Kartik follows by. Since the nurse says only one person came accompany her in the ambulance. Kartik goes. The rest of them follow the ambulance from the car.

Kartik is seen holding Naira’s hand.

*Kartik*: I know you just fainted. But you really mean to me. I don’t know what happened to you. It’s good or bad. But, I’ll never let you go.

Naira seems to gain a bit of consciousness. Kartik calls out her name. But she falls unconscious again.

Kartik calls Akshara. Akshara attends the call.

*Akshara*: Beta, you’re calling in the middle of the night. What happened, Huh ?

*Kartik*: Mumma, that’s …… ( And is crying controllably )

*Akshara*: Beta, what happened??!!! Why are you crying ?

*Kartik*: Mumma, that’s Naira fell unconscious. She has hit her head at wall as well Mumma. I am scared Mumma.

*Akshara*: ( shocked ) Hey nothing beta. Nothing would have happened. Just be calm. Don’t be a crybaby.

*Kartik*: Ok Mumma. Come to Global Hospital Mumma.

And declines the call.

They reach the hospital. They take Naira to the emergency room. Kartik is now brave enough to handle this. But his face says it all.

Doctors go in, get out. (Like a typical drama, yeah)

Kartik is angry with the God.

*Kartik*: Have I done anything bad for you ? Has Naira ? Then why you don’t leave us alone happily. She does all the puja and stuffs and yet you give only bad to her. I will participate in the upcoming ganapati puja if you make her alright. Or if anything happens to her bad, I’ll never get along with you. Goodbye.

The other family members rush by.

*Bhabimaa*: Kartik, what happened to Naira ?

He explains everything. Naksh runs to the emergency room. Kirti follows by. The doctor comes out. It’s their family doctor.

*Doctor*: It is nothing like all you worried.

*Kartik*: What does that mean ?

*Naitik*: Haan doctor, what happened to my Princess?

*Dadi*: Bolo naa, doctor saab.

*Doctor*: Kartik, I have been taking care of your health since you were little. And from now, I will be taking care of your baby as well.

Both Naksh and Kirti hug him. Naksh says,

*Kartik*: Of course. I love Naira and I’ll never let go of her.
*Kirti*: Naksh, you need not worry for Naira. I know how my brother is around Naira. Now that she’s pregnant, he’ll be overprotective as well.
*Kartik*: Yes why not ?

And the trio laughs.

*Doctor*: Naira doesn’t know about this. I wanted Kartik to inform her. But before that Naira needs blood.

*Kartik*: We both have the same blood group. I’ll give blood to her.

And they go by.

Kartik is on the bed. He thinks about Naira.

And he laughs to himself.
