It starts with the family members on hearing what happened. Everyone cry.
It shifts to Naira and Kartik. Both are being taken on respective stretchers. The road is covered by blood. Naitik sees that with teary eyes.
*Naitik*: You don’t give happiness to my Princess at all Bhagavan.
Akshara and Swarna get in the ambulance and rest of them follows by.
Naira is totally numb. Akshara and Swarna are crying too much. Swarna holds Akshara’s hands tightly.
*Swarna*: They are the most Ideal couple I have ever seen. They won’t let go of each other. Don’t cry please
And she cries.
Kartik stars to gain some faint consciousness.
*Kartik*: Naira… Naira… Mumma…
*Akshara*: Beta….
*Swarna*: Kartik….
*Nurse*: Sir, be alright. It’s nothing.
*Akshara*: Beta Kartik, utto naah. Don’t leave your lovely saas Maa.
Kartik has tears in his eyes. He close eyes due to pain. Naira is numb.
They reach the hospital. Kartik is taken to Emergency Operation Room while Naira is taken to Emergency Room. Fast and sad beat of Yeh Rishta music plays.
Doctors are seen nervous with Kartik’s case.
*Doc1*: Doctor, we need a lot of blood. He has major injuries. It seems like we need to do the operations we have rarely done.
*Doc2*: Of course we have to. A life is precious. We have to save him. He is very much critical. Anything can happen anytime.
*Doc1*: Ok Doctor, you keep him a little bit conscious. I’ll inform the family members.
*Doc2*: Yes Doctor.
And the doctor goes outta the Emergency Operation Room.
*Doc1*: He has lost a major amount of blood. First sign the consent form now itself. Because……..
*Akilesh*: Because…
*Doc1*: He is at the verge of losing his life.
They all are shocked. Rajshri holds her head and cries over Kartik.
*Rajshri*: God no way please save him for my guddiya.
*Doc1*: Ok we need his blood. Here anyone has the same blood group ?
*Akshara*: Naira has but …
*Swarna*: I have. Take as much as you want.
*Doc1*: Ok, Follow me.
They go by.
Meanwhile at the EOR,
Kartik is covered of blood. It’s being cleaned by the doctor and nurses. His vision is too blurry.
*Kartik*: “Naira, I am happy that I saved you. I don’t worry about me, but I worry about you. You will be always safe in my hands.”
She slightly smiles and closes his eyes.
Naira is shown.
