The Episode starts with Diya saying I wanted to see dad once before the operation. Palki says I made him meet a fake donor, he wrote this letter for the donor. Diya reads his thank you letter for the donor and cries emotionally. Diya hugs her family. Doctor asks her to change and come. Anju blesses Diya and hugs. Armaan says don’t worry, I will be with you. He takes Diya. She stumbles. He holds her. He hugs her. She says my dad shouldn’t know that I m the donor, else he will refuse for the surgery. Brij asks for Diya. Armaan says you will find your dad healthy after surgery. Brij asks did my daughter come. Doctor says meet her after the surgery. Brij says I wanted to see her once, its fine, she would get worried seeing me like this, she would have got scared, its fine, you start your procedure. Doctor asks Diya to change.
Armaan says everything will get fine. Diya prepares for the surgery. She removes her jewellery and gives it to Armaan. He ties her mangalsutra to his hand. He says you will be with me all the time. They hug. Palki and Anju are nervous. Palki goes to get the water. The operation goes on. Anju prays. At home, everyone asks Sudha to open the door. Armaan stays outside the door and sees Diya. He worries and cries. Diya’s breath is breaking. Doctor says increase the oxygen. Palki also prays. She says Diya and dad will get super healthy and come back home. Anju prays for the family. She says I swear, we will go for chaar dhaam yatra, make him fine. Palki says everything will be fine. She consoles Anju. They look inside the OT. The operation ends. Doctor comes to Armaan and says Diya is out is danger now, her state was unstable because of much blood loss, but she is okay now. Armaan thanks him. He goes to meet Diya. She asks is dad fine. Armaan says yes, you both are fine. He gives her the mangalsutra and holds her hand.
Saloni prays for Diya. She says Armaan’s happiness is with Diya, and my happiness is with Armaan. She sees the pics album. Ramkali comes. Saloni hides the album there. Ramkali says I have pcked the tiffin. Saloni says you didn’t add chilli right. Ramkali says yes, shall I get food for you. Saloni says no, I will eat later. She goes. Bhavna sees the album and checks. She is shocked. She says it means Saloni loves Armaan, now I will not let Diya come back in this house.
