The Episode starts with Niddhi asking Sarika to help her. Sarika refuses and asks her to manage everything alone, as Niddhi is a big lawyer and all rounder. Niddhi asks Neelu to help. Neelu refuses and asks her to do her own work. Niddhi says this family can just do this, keeping maid on head. Sarika thinks to find where did everyone go. Ruhi smiles as everyone making Ishita ready for the godh bharai function. Ishita smiles and says I missed you all a lot, thanks. Ruhi asks her to stand, turn and show. Ishita has a fake baby bump. She compliments her. They all laugh.
Sarika comes to Iyer house and sees a lady in ghunghat. Everyone look on. Sarika asks them what are they doing here. Amma says Ayyo, this is my house, what are you doing here. Sarika asks why is Shagun here, that too in ghunghat. Mrs. Bhalla asks who are you to ask. Amma says I will answer her. She says you know this baby is Ishita’s, Shagun is my daughter, baby will come to Nani’s house right, stop questioning. Vandu says we know your spying habit, there is nothing for you here. They leave with Ishita. Sarika goes. Shagun gets relieved and hopes everything happens well.
Ashok comes back and asks Raman where is Shanaya. Raman asks him to find himself, its ladies function, you will get beaten up, leave from here. Ashok asks Mr. Bhalla did he see Shanaya. Mr. Bhalla and Appa says yes, we have seen her, she is lovely. Ashok says I mean did you see her now. They say no.
The ladies bring Ishita there. Ashok looks for Shanaya and goes. Simmi thinks he can interfere, I need to trap him. She scares Ashok saying its abshagun to stand under Nazarbattu. Raman says you mean Ashok will not marry Shanaya, his business will be ruined. Simmi says I mean more bad than this. Raman thinks Simmi is super dramabaaz. Simmi asks Ashok not tell them if anything happens. Ashok says you all are so stupid, tell me what to do now. Simmi asks him to serve poor and do good. He refuses. Simmi says Neelu will help you. Ashok agrees.
Ruhi brings Raman inside house. Niddhi asks Raman, why do you have to sit with Shagun. He says its my baby, I have some duty. Niddhi says what nonsense. He says I m joking, I will just come. She goes. Raman sits with Ishita. She holds his hand and he realizes its Ishita. He sees everyone smiling…. Yeh hai mohabbatein………….plays…………. He smiles with tears in eyes. Amma signs him.
Mrs. Bhalla asks them to start the rasam. Vari javan….solah singaar……..plays……….. Shagun comes there hiding her face and looks on. Everyone do the godh bharai ritual. Shagun feels happy. Simmi asks for healthy baby like Adi and Ruhi. Shagun leaves. Sarika sees Raman and thinks why is Shagun holding Raman’s hand, Raman stays away from her, what happened today. She says I want to do rituals too.
She does the rituals and say we have rasam to apply Mata Rani tika, I will apply. Raman says no need, we will do later, tika is not here. Sarika says I will get it from temple and goes. Raman holds Ishita’s hand and worries. Everyone worry. Sarika gets the tika. Ruhi thinks Sarika will see Ishi Maa, this can’t happen, I have to do something.
Ruhi makes Sarika fall down. Vandu asks Sarika to get up, did you get hurt, sit here. Sarika says I m fine, I have to do tika. Vandu takes her aside and says I will take care of you. Amma says everything went on well, now take Shagun to room, she should take rest. Raman takes Ishita to room. Shagun asks did everything happen well. Ishita smiles. Shagun says I m so happy, baby is happy too as his real parents are fine. Ishita says you are baby’s real mum. Shagun says I will go. Ishita stops her and makes her sit. She says you did a lot Shagun, this celebration is incomplete without you. She makes Shagun wear the dupatta. Shagun smiles.
Ishita says I don’t know rituals, I was in ghunghat. Mrs. Bhalla and Simmi come to help, and Mrs. Bhalla says Neelu is making Sarika busy. Mrs. Bhalla guides Ishita to do rituals. Ishita tells good wishes in Shagun’s ears. Shagun thanks her and everyone for doing so much for her. Ishita says I wish we could give you more happiness, we did not expect this. Raman says you have seen much ups and downs in life, you are part of this family. They all smile.

Could it be she was on medication when she fractured her leg? So that caused her to put on weight? I just want to ask you folks that there are some episodes they use Ruhi double. You can see that it is not Ruhi but another person as they only show the back of Ruhi. Is that got to do with some child labour laws in acting films so they can’t have Ruhi in every shot? Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is all set for a
leap. In the coming months, reports
are we will see Raman and Ishita
separated from one another. He will
apparently be married to Nidhi. Ruhi
will grow up and become Ruhaan, a
tomboy in jeans and jackets. She will
start hating her Ishi Maa. Fans of little
Ruhi need not be disappointed as the
makers will retain her as IshRa’s
surrogate baby.
