The Episode starts with Amma and Appa crying. Raman asks them to see Ishita. Amma says Ishu has gone, our Ishu left us. Appa thinks don’t know I should be happy or sad that you don’t remember anything, else you would have broken the most today. Raman takes them to Ishita. Simmi makes halwa. Mrs. Bhalla asks did you go mad to make halwa. Simmi says I m making halwa as Ishita is dead. Mrs. Bhalla scolds her. Simmi argues and says I will light ghee diyas today. Mrs. Bhalla throws away the halwa dishes and cries. Simmi says you all got mad for Ishita.
Mrs. Bhalla says Ishita has left us, we can’t even mourn her death. Neelu cries and consoles her. Ishita calls out Amma from her heart. She asks Amma and Appa not to cry and see her, she is alive. Amma and Appa cry. Amma gets shocked
Inspector scolds his junior and asks him to send the syringe to lab for tests. He says its a big thing, we have to know the cause of death, go and send it for tests. Simmi says they all got mad for Ishita. Parmeet says I was also angry on kidnapper, I thought its good he killed Ishita, we will have a good hold on Raman and business, shed fake tears today, we have to smile tomorrow. She smiles.
Amma says they can’t do this, body is temple of soul, I will not let them do autopsy. Mihika says we have to do it to know what happened with her. Shagun says its police case. Amma says I m not uneducated, I know everything, they can’t do anything without the permission of family, I m her mum, I didn’t sign any form. Bala says I have signed. Amma asks who gave you permission, how could you do this, this can’t happen, I m her mum, no one can dare to touch her. Raman says you don’t want us to know what happened with her. Amma says how does it matter, she won’t come back, none will touch her. Appa says I promise, no one will do anything. Raman asks nurse to stop the autopsy. Nurse says maybe they stopped as lights are off, you can meet the doctors. Raman, Bala and Appa rush. Lights come back. Ishita says oh no, they will kill me. Nurse says autopsy can’t happen, Ishita’s parents didn’t give their consent. Ishita feels lucky to get saved.
Amma asks Mihika to go home and do preparations for Ishita’s final rites, she will go as suhaagan, Raman doesn’t remember her, we will make her wear her bridal dress and jewelry, we will bid her farewell in a good way. They all cry. Doctor says cover the body, the family will take her for final rites. Ishita thinks what will happen now. Appa thinks of Ishita and cries. Raman consoles him. He says no one can change the fate, come with me. He pacifies Appa. He asks Mani to take care of Appa. Appa and Mani cry. Raman goes to do formalities. He says cause of death is written heart attack, is there any mistake. She asks him to meet the supervising doctor. Ruhi asks Shagun to console Pihu. Shagun asks Pihu to stop crying. Pihu says Ishimaa left us because of me. Shagun says no. Pihu says this would have not happened if she didn’t come to save me. Shagun says don’t say such things, Ishita will feel bad hearing this. Pihu says I just pushed once and…. She gets quiet seeing Simmi.
Simmi says I m so sorry, whatever happened is very bad, Ishita was part of our family, I didn’t think she will go this way, I feel bad that we had much hatred between us, I wish her soul gets peace. Shagun consoles Simmi. She says we have to find out, who has kidnapped Pihu, who has snatched Ishita from us, I m really proud of you, that you have forgiven Ishita, I respect you for that. Simmi goes and smiles. Raman asks doctor about the cause of death. Doctor says of course, it was a heart attack, I have also examined her, we didn’t get her pulse, we felt as if her breathing stopped by some sudden shock. Raman says there can be some other reason. Doctor says we would have known anything more by post mortem, but her family didn’t allow it. Raman thinks to ask police and find out.

Inspector tells Raman about blue coral snake, its very venomous, person doesn’t die by it, when its venom enters the body, person instantly gets paralysed, I think Ishita was injected the same venom. Raman calls the hospital staff and asks the lady not to give to body to Ishita’s family. The lady says we have released the body, her family has just claimed her. Raman gets shocked. Appa starts the final rites. Ishita tries to say…. I m alive….
