Samrat locks Pradyuman for stopping him from meeting Mahima and canceling her wedding. He orders servant not to open the door until he orders. Romila walks to Mahima’s room and asks why she didn’t elope with Pradyuman yet. Mahima says she couldn’t as her plan failed. Romila asks if Pradyuman was coming to pick her up. Daadi walks in and asks Romila what is she doing here. Romila says she came to check on Mahima. Nayan walks in and asks Daadi if she will stay with Mahima. Daadi says yes. Nayan says its good as Mahima will experience her grandmother’s love. She asks Mahima to get ready for her sangeet ceremony at Arjun’s house tonight. Romila thinks with Daadi’s presence, she can’t help Mahima elope.
Mahima’s family visits Arjun’s family for sangeet ritual. Nitya welcomes them and angrily looks at Nayan and Sam. Jagdish introduces his sister Aruna and her sons to them and takes them in. Aruna’s sons stop Kashvi and her friends and try to flirt with them. Kashvi gives them a befitting reply. Arjun walks to cousins and asks what is happening. Cousin says Kashvi is misbehaving with them. Arjun asks Kashvi who explains how his cousins are bullying them. Arjun supports her and scolds cousins. Cousins think Kashvi is too arrogant and they need to teach her a lesson. Arun hosts sangeet ceremony and after a long speech announces Arjun and Mahima’s dance performance. Mahima acts as slipping and spraining her leg to avoid dancing with Arjun. Arjun rushes to her concern and after checking her foot days they will dance slowly. Mahima says she can’t as she is feeling severe pain. Arjun says he will dance alone then. Aruna says its abshagun/inauspicious if the groom dances alone and hence its better to cancel the ceremony. Daadi says Kashvi will dance with Arjun. Arjun hesitates but agrees on Arjun’s insistence.
Nitya takes Nayan and Sam to a room and asks why did they lie to her. Nayan asks what did she lie. Nayan says she lied that she doesn’t know Samrat, but truth is she knows him from long. She tells Samrat he asked to check his wife’s name on internet, so she searched and learnt that he was married to Mansi earlier and then married a Delhi’s middle class girl Nayantara Iyer. She says Nayan came here 20 years ago when she was still married to Samrat, is it true or not. Arjun and Kashvi dance beautifully on Ranjhna Hua Main Tera.. song. Arjun smiles at Mahima and express his love for her. Kashvi feels sad. Nitya questions Nayan why did she hide truth from her when she calls her a best friend and shares everything with her, even her crush on Samrat. Nayan says she is living as Satish’s wife since 20 years and didn’t meet Sam in these 20 years and hence didn’t want to reveal it to anyone. Sam says Nayan is telling truth, in fact he thought Nayan is dead.
Nitya continues that Nayan betrayed her by keeping her in darks. She says she could realize that Kashvi is Samrat’s daughter as Nayan sought blood from Samrat as she knew their blood group would match. Nayan requests her not to misunderstand her. Nitya says she wouldn’t have continued with Arjun and Mahima’s marriage if she had misunderstood her. Nayan continues to justify herself while Nitya continues to feel disappointed.
Precap: Samrat and Nayan express their love for each other and hug. Romila records it. Kashvi is shocked to see Nayan and Samrat hugging each other.
