Rudra checks letters he got. Preesha gets Revati’s video call, goes aside and picks it. Revati says it’s good that she picked her pone call and shows Ruhi enjoying ice cream. She warns her not to act oversmart with her and recalls seeing Presha keeping a letter between other letter in lieu of checking letters from the security guard. Out of flashback, she threatens what if Ruhi meets with a accident and is kidnapped by someone. Preesha says no. Rudra and Sharda asks her what happened. Preesha says she reacted on her friend’s words. Revati warns her to take back the letter from Rudra or watch Ruhi alive for the last time.

Rudra picks letter and is about to open it when Preesha acts as fainting. Rudra and others rush to her and make her sit on a chair. Revati thinks Preesha acted well and should obey her like this until she reaches her target. Preesha asks Rudra to get ice from the kitchen. He says he will ask Sharda as she is in the kitchen. She says she herself will go then. He asks her to rest and goes to get ice. Presha even sends Saransh to the kitchen and hides the letter. Sharda and Rudra bring lemoade and ice for her and ask if she is feeling fine now. Preesha says she will go to her room. Rudra lifts her and takes her to room. He says he will call the doctor. Preesha says its usual pregnancy symptoms. He feels happy that her pregnancy cravings started and asks her to rest until he returns.

Preesha speaks to Revati again and asks her to bring back Ruhi home now. Revati taunts her and asks her to have patience. She returns alone. Preesha asks her why didn’t she bring Ruhi. Revati says Ruhi is where she should be, at school. Preesha drags her to her room and asks what is she trying to do. Revati asks why did she disobey her and tried to reveal truth to Rudra and warns her that if she tries to do that again, she will lose both GPS and Saransh. Preesha says however strong lie is, it has to bend in front of truth. Revati says she can try her best and says she will gain Rudra’s trust so much that he will never believe that she took his baby away. Preesha asks what is she going to do. Revati asks her to have patience as everything will happen in front of her eyes.

At night, Preesha wakes up and walks out of her room when Revati calls her. She asks Revati why is she she doing at this time. Revati says she will kill Preesha and her baby like they killed Dev. She pushes Preesha from the stairs. Preesha wakes up shoutng that her baby is harmed and realizes its her nightmare. Rudra comforts her with an oil head massage. Preesha doesn’t get sleep. Rudra walks to Ruhi and says they need to make Preesha asleep as she is not getting sleep. He then wakes up Saransh and Sharda and takes them to Preesha’s room and gives them different tasks to make Preesha asleep.

Preesha scolds Rudra for disturbing everyone’s sleep and asks them to go and sleep. Sharda says Preesha’s comfort is most important now and serve her. On the other side, Revat’s goons give food to GPS and warns him not to act oversmart or else Revati will not spare him. GPS thinks of calling Preesha and realizes that Revati has fixed a CCTV camera in the room. Next morning, Rudra walks to Preesha and insistently takes her for a doctor’s appointment. Revati think she told Preesha that Rudra will trust her more than Preesha, now Preesha will see how will she will do that.

Precap: Revati’s aide calls Rudra, tries to keep him busy over phone, and drives truck towards Preesha. Rudra rescues her.
GPS thinks of calling Preesha and asking her to find out the location and save him.
