The Episode starts with Prisha saying I trust you, I heard you making the mannat, I didn’t tell that time since you would have felt awkward. Rudra says the mannat saved me. He gets Bunty’s call. She says I got Vasu’s message. He asks her to go there, he will inform her once he gets Saransh. He promises that he won’t let anything happen to Saransh. He asks Rajeev to take care of Saransh. Prisha goes. The lady comes to Saransh and injects him. She shuts the bed trunk. Mishka says I m going, I don’t want to stay here. Ahana says don’t be mad. Mishka asks shall I close my eyes, did you keep me here to insult me and torture me, what is Prisha doing with my Rudra, I can’t tolerate this, let me go. Ahana says fine, you remember that if you go, then Rudra will never be yours, forget him. Mishka stops. Prisha reaches the hospital.
She sees Balraj convincing some man for his work. The man refuses and asks him to leave. Balraj says I m trying to help you. The man says you will get punished. Balraj says I will drop you home. Prisha asks who is this man. Balraj takes that man. Prisha says maybe this man kidnapped Saransh, where is my sin. Balraj leaves. Prisha hires a taxi and follows. Ahana asks Mishka to control. Mishka says I can’t control, Prisha will snatch Rudra from me, I have given up. Ahana says I will do everything in my power, none will get between you and Rudra, I will make Prisha away from him.
Prisha stops the taxi. She says why did Balraj come here, maybe that man kept Saransh here, I will call Rudraksh here. She gets Amma’s call. Vasu asks her to come, they have to take Gopal home. Prisha says I can’t come now, I have come to find Saransh, don’t tell anything to Yuvraj. Vasu prays. Yuvraj comes and asks what happened to Prisha, where is she. Vasu says Gopal is asking for her, so I didn’t call her, we will take him home. Yuvraj agrees. Prisha says I can’t take risk. She enters the house.
She sees Balraj talking to the man. The lady screams in labor pain. Prisha goes to see. Sharda asks did you find out. Rudra says no, its my mistake, I got him to this house. Sharda asks him to give strength to Prisha. Rudra says I don’t want to lose him like Rajeev. Niketan comes and asks for Saransh. He says trust me, I got close to Saransh so soon, I feel to cancel the tickets, but I have imp meetings. Rudraksh says no, its fine, your work is imp, talk to Prisha once. He gets her phone off. He calls Vasu.
Yuvraj gets Gopal home. Gopal gets rude. Yuvraj gets angry. Vasu asks Gopal to take rest. She goes to make coffee. She gets Rudraksh’s call. He asks for Gopal’s health. She says she isn’t here. He asks what, she went to the hospital. Vasu says she had gone alone to get Saransh, she asked me not to tell anyone, but I m worried. He says I will get Prisha and Saransh back, don’t tell this to Gopal. She worries. Sharda asks what happened. Rudraksh says everything is fine. Niketan says I have to finish packing, I will meet Prisha if she comes. Prisha comes inside the room. Balraj gets shocked and asks how did you come here. The lady asks them to treat her pain. Prisha says I will see. The man says Balraj broke my leg, don’t touch my wife. Prisha shows her id and says I m a doctor, why are you taking your wife and child’s lives in risk. She checks and says we have to take her to hospital. The man threatens Balraj.
Prisha asks Balraj for his phone. She calls the hospital for ambulance. She asks Balraj to get water for the lady. She feeds the water to the lady. She asks them to take the lady to the ambulance. Rudraksh asks Bunty to track Prisha’s phone for her location and tell him fast. Prisha gets in Balraj’s car. She asks him what’s happening, who is Mr. Babbar, where was he since two days, where is Saransh. Balraj says how would I know, I went to stay in the hotel to get away from this matter. Prisha says you orders clothes for Saransh. Balraj says you are spying on me, I bought clothes to donate to an orphanage by Rudra’s name, I cancelled it, I was going to get my laptop, I learnt someone hacked it, I hit Babbar by my car, I was helping him out of guilt, I have lost my son, I know the pain of losing a son, I don’t want anyone to get the pain, so I m helping him. Prisha asks why did you kidnap Saransh. Balraj scolds her. He says I didn’t kidnap him, I swear on my Rajeev.

Rudraksh asks where did you keep Saransh. Balraj says Prisha will tell the truth. Prisha says Saransh is kidnapped, I got a proof now. Rudra says come with me to the police station.
