Preesha helps Mahima get back on terrace from its border edge and herself gets on terrace. She hugs Mahima emotionally asking not to do that again. Yuvraj tries to get out of Khurana Mansion and gets tensed seeing everyone gathering in living room. He prays god for help. Saransh seeing him asks what is he doing here. Yuvraj says he is also searching Preesha and Mahima. Saransh says he will inform Rudra. Yuvraj pleads not to reminding him that he bought him ice cream and chocolate. Saransh says he doesn’t hide anything from his parents and calls Rudra. Everyone walk to him thinking something happen and stand fuming seeing Yuvraj. Rudra asks what is he doing here. Yuvraj says he came here in sleep walk. GPS scolds why did he come inside when he ordered him to go. Yuvraj says he is also worried for Preesha and Mahima and walking a big nervously asks if they saw on terrace, he was also curious and couldn’t stop him from searching Preesha and Mahima. Rudra warns him to wait here and asking Ahana to not let him go walks to terrace with GPS, Vasu, and Sharda and gets shocked seeing Preesha and Mahima there. He asks what are they doing here, everyone are worried for them. She blabbers. He says where is her phone, he called her many times, she should have informed and come here. Preesha says she will get her phone and Mahima says she is feeling tired. They all walk down. Ahana asks Yuvraj why did he come there. He says to watch free drama and suspense like her. Ahana says he is useless and she is stuck because of him. He asks if she is cemented here by Nalla Khurana Rudra, she can freely move. Saransh says they all came. Yuvraj runs away. Mishka says let him go as she is not his security guard. Ahana says she is right.

Preesha apologizes Rudra saying they came here for 10 minutes and feeling good spent more time here. Rudra says he was very tensed and she would have informed him at least. She hugs him and thinks she shouldn’t inform him about Mahima’s sleep walk, else he will get more tensed. He sees her slippers missing and asks where are they. She says she and Mahima came on terrace barefooted. He checks border and asks why did she go and risked her life. She stands nervously. He asks to look into his eyes and tell truth, they promised each other not to hide anything from each other; did anything happen with Mahima and she came behind her. Preesha says yes, but its her mistake that she didn’t give Mahima medicine on time and Mahima started sleep walking again. She describes what had happened exactly. In living room, Vasu tells Sharda that by god’s grace, everything is fine now. Mahima taunts Vasu and yells that already their daughters are troubling them and they come here often uninvited. Vasu argues. GPS says Ahana is right and apologizes her. Ahana leaves with Mishka. GPS says nobody can understand parents’ dilemma of which child to support. Rudra scolds Preesha for risking her life for Mahima, says Mahima is mentally ill, but why didn’t think of him and Saransh. Preesha says she didn’t have time to think and if she would have left her akka to die. He asks what about him and Saransh, their relationship of love and bigger than blood relationship. Preesha says Mahima will get well if they return her Saransh. Rudra asks why she repeats same words, when Mahima cannot take care of herself, how will she take care of Saransh and risk his life. Preesha says Mahima will get well if Saransh stays with her. Rudra asks if she can guarantee as doctor, Mahima will get well in mental health clinic and he will get her admitted there. Preesha says she will not let him take Mahima to mental health clinic at any cost.

GPS and Vasu walk to Mahima and ask her to take care of herself and to call them if needed. Mahima nods yes. Vasu tells GPS that Mahima is in peace with Saransh and Saransh is her medicine, as Mahima says she will get well if Saransh stays with her. GPS thinks it will ruin Preesha’s happiness. Preeesha tries to convince Rudra to return Saransh to Mahima. Rudra climbs railing, and Preesha pleads to come down. He ask if she will be in peace if he falls down. She pleads not to do that and getting him down asks if he has gone mad. He says he felt the same worry and pain when he heard of risking her life; if something happens to her, even he will die.

Precap: Saransh tells Mahima that she is his fake mother and should go away from him. Mahima gets a panic attack hearing that and picks knife. Saransh gets tensed seeing that.
