Nayantara reveals how she lied that she killed Aaliya and id her. Samrat says he knows she can’t murder Aaliya. Nayantara he had forced her so much that she really wanted to kill Aaliya, its proved that they are not made for each other and its good that they will be divorced today and then they can live separately away from each other. Revati thinks its good if they divorce as Sam questioned her because of Nayan. Prem notices Nayan packing her bag and asks if she is going somewhere. Nayan says after court hearing, she will get his custody and he will be her real son. Prem asks if he can call her Nayan maa. She says she would love to hear that. Prem thinks he cannot let Nayan and Sam’s divorce happen as he wants to stay with both. He calls Chintu and informs him that Nayan and Sam are divorcing today. Chintu says that is a good news, Nayan will escape from monster Sam uncle’s atrocities. Prem says he wants to stay with both Nayan maa and Sam papa. Chintu says they should respect Nayan’s wish. Prem reminds Malati’s wish that if Nayan and Sam stay together for 6 months, they will fall in love. Chintu says lets plan something when Nayan drops him at their house.
Nayan drops Prem to Malati’s house and leaves for court. Malati goes to kitchen. Prem asks Chintu if he thought any plan to cancel Nayan and Sam’s divorce. Chini says he searched on internet and learnt that if a child is involved in couple’s divorce and wishes to stay with both his parents, then judge will cancel divorce. Prem asks how will they reach court. Chintu informs Malati that he is going to his friend’s house for studies and is taking Prem with him. Malati agrees. Nayan and Sam reach court. Sam apologizes Nayan for the troubles she faced because of him. She says its okay. He says they can be friends at least forever and have a cordial relationship. Nayan agrees.
Court hearing starts and after hearing Nayan and Sam’s plea grants them divorce immediately and says after 2 days, they will be officially divorced. Chintu enters with Prem and stops judge. Prem says they are her parents and he wants to stay with them. Judge asks why didn’t they mention that a child is involved and asks if this boy is their son. Sam says he is but.. Judge doesn’t listen to them and seeks Prem’s opinion. Prem says he loves his parents and wants to stay with them. He says he calls Sam as uncle as Sam hates him calling papa. Judge scolds Sam for depriving a child of his rights. Prem reveals how his biological mother Mansi abandoned him at his biological father Sam’s house where his stepmother Nayan gave him a motherly love, hence he wants to stay with his biological father and stepmother. Judge says this boy suffered a lot and she doesn’t want him to become a criminal. She orders that Sam and Nayan should stay together with their son as one family for 6 months, then they will decide about their divorce; a court representative will visit them every week and if they don’t take proper care of child, they will be prosecuted in contempt of court case. Revati fumes that she has to bear Nayan and Prem for another 6 months.
Precap: Sam shifts Nayan and Prem to a store room. Servant informs Revati that Nayan and Prem left home in the morning. Chintu visits to meet Nayan and informs that she didn’t come to their house. Nayan and Prem tie Sam to a chair.
