Kashvi tells judge that she wants to prove court that Arjun Bajwa and Mr Jaiswal are innocent with a new evidences. Judge says as a judge, it’s his duty to not punish any innocent and hence would see her evidences. Jagadish tells Nitya that he feels relaxed seeing that Kashvi was just acting as trying to divorce Arjun to prove him innocent. Pradyuman thinks if Kashvi proves Ishan innocent, she will go to jail as her signatures are on the pharma company permission papers, he will complete his revenge against Kashvi in both ways. Kashvi shows documents to judge and says Arjun signed a deal with Jaiswal’s company on a day when a departmental enquiry was started against her as they found her sign on an accepted file while she signed a rejected file, she doesn’t know how this happened, Arjun bought RJ Pharma to save her.
Public prosecutor says if she is saying Arjun is innocent, then she will be proven guilty as she signed on accepted file. Kashvi says she didn’t say that she signed approved file and when she investigated the issue, she found out that.. She goes into flashback where she tells her lawyer that she should check both approved and rejected file to find out if she missed out something. They reach office and check both files. Lawyer says if an insider must have done something. Peon Mishra serves her tea. Kashvi notices him wearing a costly watch and gets suspicious. She checks CCTV footage and finds Mishra suspiciously carrying file under his shirt. She asks Mishra to get her some more tea and asks how did he get this costly watch. Mishra says someone gifted it to him. Kashvi says she wanted to buy same to Arjun, so she wants to know who gifted it to him. Mishra says he left his phone in pantry and will inform her details after reaching home. Kashvi stops him and confronts him for stealing rejected and replacing it with accepted one. Mishra refuses allegation. Kashvi threatens to call police. Mishra agrees to reveal who hired him to exchange file.
Out of flashback, Kashvi requests judge to call Mishra and let him expose that person. Mishra walks in. Pradyuman thinks he will be caught if Mishra points out at him and tries to leave. Kashvi stops him and asks him if he will not find out who the culprit is. Arjun says he has some important work and tries to leave. Constable stops him and says he can’t go until the verdict is announced. Mishra points at Pradyuman and says he bribed him to exchange files and delete footage, he could delete office footage but not corridor footage. Kashvi says she got the files examined by experts and found out that her signature was lifted via cello tape and fixed on approved file, but there is a difference in paper’s quality; Pradyuman did all this for a biogas project and describes how he tried to bribe her for the project, but when she rejected him and when he found out that Arjun won the contract, he conspired against her and Arjun till now.
Judge pronounces Arjun innocent and orders to arrest Pradyuman and investigate against him. Arjun thanks Kashvi for proving him innocent. Nitya hugs Arjun emotionally. Daadi apologizes Kashvi for misunderstanding her. Jagadish also apologizes for misunderstanding her. Kashvi says it’s not their mistake. Daadi says all is well that ends well and says let us go home and celebrate. Mahima leaves with family, fuming. Arjun gets romantic with Kashvi. Kashvi says everyone are watching here, let’s go home first as she has a surprise for him.
Precap: Nitya informs family that foreign delegates want to see their janmastami celebration. Daadi suggests to invite them home as they will make Kashvi and Arjun as Radha Krishna for the festival. Mahima says Radha Krishna’s love was incomplete as they never married.
