There is a leap of 5 years
The story continues from When Pinky tries to get Anika out of the house.

Shivaay and Anika: Pinky managed to separate them, but when Anika left the house she found out that she
is pregnant with shivaay’s child.She tries to tell him but he doesn’t listen.she gave birth to twins Ansh and Shivika(4 years)
Shivaay has a girlfriend Aditi but he still misses Anika.

Omkara and Gauri: Omkara found out that Gauri is a nice girl and didnt marry him for money and started loving her they
have a son Rikara (4 years) and daughter Gaurika (3 years). Gauri found out about Anika being her sister and is still in
touch with her but no one knows about it except Soumya.

Rudra and Soumya : They started loving each other and they have a daughter named Rumya (3 years).
