Precap:Arnav takes Anika to the hospital and the operation starts and some time later ,her heart beats start decreasing and pinky realizes her mistake

Doctor come s out of the ICU and tells Arnav that we have managed to stabilize ur wife but she is not responding to our treatment, as if she has some pain in her heart and does not want to live anymore, only miracle can save her now,we will keep her in observation for 24 hours, if she does not wake up then she might slip into comma
Arnav gets shocked hearing this and asks the doctor if he could go inside and meet her,the doctor allows him and Arnav goes in the room
Arnav:I don’t know who u r and what pain have you got in ur heart , I don’t even know whether what I did was right or not ,I know nothing about u ,ur family,friends in fact I don’t even know ur name but still u have to fight for life for ur loved one’s,u can’t give up like this ,just think what will happen to ur loved ones if u leave this world as much as I know about u ,I feel that u are a really strong women, you are not dependant on any1 I hope u do fight for urself!
Saying all this he leaves dejected from the room as he thought that she wasn’t even hearing anything but actually Anika has actually heard every single word from him and those words gave her courage to live to fight in life again ,she slowly began to open her eyes

OB MANSION :
every1 was seated at the dining table and were waiting for shivaay to come down when priyanka turned on the tv, all were shocked on seeing the news

reporter:famous business man shivaay Singh oberois ex wife, ms Anika ,who just got divorced today,is now in the hospital after being hit by a truck in the middle of the road,if reports are to be believed, ms Anika is fighting for life in the hospital as she’s said to be very critical, channel ABC is the only channel to provide this exclusive news to u ,a special reporter who went behind me Anika to know what happened between sso and her ,saw the accident!!
Reporter 2:we are sure that the oberoi s too don’t know about the accident ,according to some people who have seen ms Anika taken into the hospital told us that she is taken to the ICU and has less chances of survival,she is now in city hospital, we don’t know the latest update of ms Anika as the hospital staff did not let us go in
By now evey1 was hooked to the tv screen ,they were hell shocked to see the news,suddenly,the landline phone rang and dadi picked it up
Dadi:hello,who’s there?
Om:it’s me dadi,I’m trying your phone for long but u were not picking up ,did u see the news
Dadi:actually my phone’s in the room and we all just saw the news !! I hope the news is fake but I’ll ask tej to find out if it’s true, I just wish Anika puttar is fine, I’m really tensed
Om:calm down dadi,the news is 100% right,I called the hospital and the receptionist told that a accident case did came to them who is being operated ,we a are coming back with the next flight and we’ll directly go to the hospital to check if Anika bhabhi is there or not
Dadi just hemmed and ended the call and went straight to the temple to pray for Anika’s well-being along with the other family members

In the hospital:
Arnav and the doctors were not aware of the tv news as they were in a special ward with only monitoring machines and no tv ,Arnav comes back to the room to check on anika and gets shocked/surprised to see Anika awake
Arnav goes to the doctor and tells him that she is conscious
Doctor after checking Anika says, all this is not less than a miracle,8 hours ago it was hard to believe that she will survive and now she is in a so much better condition, in very rare cases does a patient survive after such a dangerous accident andnd that too without any loss
Arnav :doctor r u sure she’s okay,
Doctor :she is fine physically but maybe not mentally in rude a kind of cases,normally patient loses its memory of a certain amount of time,u should try talk to her and c if she’s fine or not
Doctor left the room and Arnav went to talk to anika
Arnav:how are u feeling now?
Anika:I feel much better now but what happened to me and who are u ?
Arnav:actually,u had a accident and I’m the 1 who brought u to the hospital ,I’m Arnav Singh Raizada btw what’s ur name and who is there in ur family, pls tell me their number so that I can contact them, they must be worried
Anika was really shocked to hear this name as it was very familiar to her and so did not listen to the rest of the things he said
Anika:are u sure that u are Arnav Singh Raizada, I mean I can’t believe ur the same nannav (nick name of Arnav ),do u remember me,I’m Anika,
Arnav got double shocks after hearing his nick name from her mouth and her name,Arnav:anika!Anika malhotra,my childhood friend ,my best buddy and my crime partner??
Anika nods happily and hugs him

Precap:Arnav and Anika talk about their childhood and Arnav asks about her life right now but Anika does not mention about her marriage and about shivaay meanwhile, omru reach the hospital to find Anika while she is leaving with Arnav
