Voice: Maira…? (With that he approached the lady and engulfed her in atight hug.)
After few seconds, he broke the hug.
Shaurya: (Cupping her face and making sure she is safe checking her.) Tum… Maira… Tell me that your real and fine baby… I’m… Urgh… I’m…
She embrassed him again assuring.
Voice 2: Shaurya… Relax… I’m fine… And it’s me in front of you… Trust me… (Continuously rubbing his back.)
Shaurya: (After calming down, he broke the hug gently. Cupping her face once again.) Thank God you’re safe baby… I was just… I just can’t explain you what I went through… I was not able to find you… And was blindly hoping that one day I’ll see you…
Voice 2: And I’m here… (Cutting him off.)
Shaurya: (Releasing a sigh of relief.) Yes… Finally…
Voice (From the entrance): Yes finally… Finally the great Samaira Khanna is in front of us… (With hurt filled voice.)
(So friends, Maira is none other than Samaira aka Sammy.)
Shaurya: Mom…
Voice: Don’t you dare Shaurya… (Pointing her index finger towards him. And shifting her gaze towards Sammy.) It is about my daughter and none interferes in between… None, means none…
Sammy: Maa…
Voice: Don’t… You lost it long ago Ms. Khanna… Very long ago… (Still hurt clearly evident in her voice.)
Voice 2: Sakshi… (Placing a hand on her shouled and patting her gently.) Relax…
(So it is Sakshi who is Shaurya’s ma.)
Voice 2: (Moving forward and stretching his hands he stood still.)
Within seconds, Sammy was clinging to him as her dear life was depended on the man who had embrassed her tightly and safely.
Sammy: Pa…
Voice 2: Shh… Relax babu… Everything will be fine… (And gently caressed her head.)
Sammy: (Her vision was blur due to tears. When she cleared her tears wping them off on his shirt, still being in hug and looking forward, her vision was directly on Sakshi.)
Sakshi: (Sensing Sammy’s eyes fixed on her, clearing her throat.) Raj… I think we are here for work… (And tried to step forward, but got frozen by Sammy’s words.)
(So it was Raj father of Shaurya and husband of Sakshi.)
Sammy: More important than me…?
Sakshi: (No response.)
Sammy: Mrs. Goenka… Better patch up with me or get ready to face the consequences…
Sakshi: (No response.)
Sammy: (Pouted and looked at Raj, who was still embracing her.)
Raj: (Gave her you deal by yourself look.)
Sammy: (Looked at Shaurya still with her puppy face.)
Shaurya: (Chuckled and signalled her something.)
Sammy: (Her face lighted up and showed him a thumps up and moved towards Sakshi.)
Sakshi: (Thinking.) Whatever you do, I’m not going to forgive you so soon this time… You made me shed lots of tears… Not this time Maira… (She was busy with her thoughts and that’s when her trance was broken with a heaviness on her.)
It was Sammy who was clinging on her. Her arms were around Sakshi’s neck and hugging her with all her might.
Sammy: I’m sorry ma… Please maaf karde… Please… Please… Please…
Sakshi: Nahi… Chodo do mujhe… (She was trying to get out Sammy’s clutches.)
Sammy: Nahi… (Tightening her hold around Sakshi.) Not until you forgive me and talk to me… Please ma… I’m really sorry… Don’t push me away… Please… (Tightening her hold on Sakshi every passing second.)
Sakshi: (Finally accepting her defeat, hugged her back tight.) Maira… Babu, why do you this to us…? Just few steps you could have reached us… But no… You wanted to run away, leaving us behind… (And hit her shoulder slightly.)
Sammy: (Tightened her hold.) Sorry ma…
Sakshi: (Smiled and caressed her head with all love.)
Apart from Sammy and the Goenka’s, all the faces were filled with confusion on the scene in front of them.)
Breaking all their trances,
Shaurya: Oh… Hello… Meri mom ko chodo do… Isse thoda saas lenne ne dho…
Collective voice (Sammy and Mr. and Mrs. Goenka): Shut up Shaurya… (Which he casually ignored.)
Sammy: (Chuckled at his reaction. Ran to him and engulfed him in a tight hug.)
Shaurya: (With the force she jumped on him, he stumbled a little but managed to hold back.) Oh ho… Chill baby…
With all the happenings, there was a poor soul burning into ashes. And there are three people silently chuckling on seeing him burning. It is obvious, Neil being the pressure cooker ready to explode at any moment and Radhika, Haider and Om being the audience enjoying on expense of Neil Malhotra.
Neil: (His eyes fell on the trio. He diverted his view to other side, seeing them silently chuckling and their teasing faces.)
All their trances were broken,
Dilshad: Hello Sakshi…
Sakshi: Oh hi… I’m sorry Dilshad… Mein…
Dilshad: (Cutting her off.) I understand… Relax… But what is confusing me is, how do you know Samaira…?
Sakshi: She is heartbeat of Goenka family, Dilshad… (Locking her eyes with Sammy, who is still in Shaurya’s arms.)
Shaurya: And my lifeline… (And tightened his hold on her shoulder.)
Raj: Aur mere jindagee ka sach…
Dilshad: Hmmm… On the whole, she is root system of Goenka’s… Both the strength and uunfornately weakness too…
Raj: Ji… But will not let anyone to use her or harm her to hurt us… It will happen only above my lifeless body…
Sammy: Pa…

Voice: (Cutting him off.) … it should cross my lifeless body…
All heads turn towards the entrance from where the voice came.
Sakshi: Payal… Get in dear…
Payal: (Stepped in and got blessings from all elders, starting with Sakshi and Raj.)
Payal: (Standing in front of Shaurya and Sammy.) Hey Maira…
Sammy: (Confused and hesitating.) Hi… Uhm… I’m sorry… I didn’t recognize you… (She looked at Shaurya for help, but he had his face turned to other side confusing Sammy more.)
Payal: (Noticing her confusion and Shaurya’s reations.) We have never met begore Maira… I know you from Sakshi Ma and Raj papa…
Sammy: (Smiled.)
Sakshi: (Stepping forward and side hugging Payal.) But she could turn into a Goenka soon if someone shows some interest and considerstion towards this pretty lady…
Sammy: (Widening her eyes.) Seriously… (Turning towards Shaurya.) Ahem… Would you like to enlightened me with your views Sha…
Shaurya: Shut up… And I think I’m here for business… (And walks off.)
Sakshi: (Sighs on the impossible nature of her son.)
Sammy: (Realizing thetension in the air.) Ma… We’ll get into work and we’ll talk later for sure…
Sakshi: (Smiled and cupping her face with one hand.) When my baby is with me, everything is going to be fine…
Payal: (Smiled wide.) I’m so happy to meet you Maira…
Sammy: Same her Payal…
(They shared a hug.)
Sakshi: (Smiled and when her eyes fell on Shaurya, it widened. She elbowed Raj, who was beside her and signed him to look at their lovely son.)
(Shaurya was smiling wide seeing the two ladies bonding well. And his reactions changes as soon as his eyes fell on his smirking parents.)
Shaurya: Maira… Chal ajaa…
Sammy: (Breaking the hug.) (To Payal.) I’ll be right back… (Marcing towards Shaurya.) Kya hua…?
Shaurya: (Pulling her towards him.) Chal meri madad kar…
Sammy: Ok… (And they unpacked all the dresses.)
Shaurya gets shocked and angry on seeing the dress in Sammy’s hands.
Shaurya: (To his assistant, Mike.) Mike… How the hell did this dress reach here… (Pointing at the dress in Sammy’s hands.) Can’t you be careful about one simple thing that I had wanted you to do in all these years…?
Everyone are shocked with his outburst.
Mike: Sir… I’m sorry… I don’t have any idea that how it reached here… I’ll take it out…
Sammy: Sha… Why are you behaving strange…? What is wrong with this dress…? Infact it is a pretty dress… Why do you want to hide this…?
Shaurya: (Composing himself.) Maira… Baby let it go… That is not required here… Mike… (Signed him to take it from her.)
Mike: (Was about to get it from her.)
Sammy: No… (And hid them behind her.) No Sha… Not until you tell me why were screaming like a beast…
Sakshi: Maira… Babu… Let it be… Give the dress back… We’ll talk later…
Raj: Mike… Take them away…
Mike got the dress from Sammy and left.
Shaurya: (After composing himself, he turned towards Sammy.) Maira baby…
Sammy: (Showed him her hand asking him to stop.) Radzie… Chal ajaa… Start checking the dresses… We are left out with minimal time…
Meera: (Walking towards Sammy and placing her hand around Sammy’s ahoulder.) Yup… Hurry up dear… Maybe you require some alterations too… We can’t waste time…
Radzie: (Nodded affirmative and walked towards them. Before touching any clothes, she turned and called,) Ani… (Stretching her hand to her.) Come…
Anika: (Smiled and marched towards them with Anjali and Gauri.)
All the ladies were busy checking the clothes. Payal was helping them. Shaurya was watching Sammy and was feeling bad thinking about Sammy being upset on him. Neil and Arjun was observing Shaurya’s every single move. Shivaay’s eyes were fixed on Anika, with kids on his lap. Om was looking at Gauri and smiling at her antics. Haider and Krishna were suggesting or rather commenting the ladies and their dresses (full on masti). Sakshi was with Dilshad, Jhanvi and Pinky. Raj was in some call.
All their trance was disturbed by,
Radzie: Ammi… How is this dress…? (And was showing a dress placing it upon her.)
All the eyes were struck on her.
Dilshad: Perfect Radhu… Go and try it… Let’s see how it fits on you…
Radzie: Okay… (And ran towards upstairs dragging Anika.)
Meera: Oh hello madam… Usse kahaan le ja rahe ho…?
Radzie: I’m kidnapping her… (And kept moving.)
Pinky: Oh my mata… Yeh ladki tho abhi bhee little girls ke tarah behaves kar rahe ha… Patha nahi mera beta ka kya hal hoga…?
All laughed at her comment. Arjun was smiling embarrassed.
Shaurya: Voh isse liye… Kyun khee uske innocence abhi bhee safe hai… Let her be… (And flashed a hurt smile to all and walked off.)
Sakshi: (Left out a deep sigh.)
Sammy: (Was confused about what went wrong with this guy.)
