Om wakes the next morning, and is out to school as fast he can to make things clear with Gauri.

He finds her nowhere and is later informed that she hadn’t turned up to school that day. He went back home after school in total frustration.

“Maybe she was saying it seriously. Not to face me again. Is she leaving her job??? Seriously?? That shortie!!! She’s doing this job for her living. Being an orphan in reality and standing on their own legs is something so hard. She left such a job in a go??” Om was thinking out loud.

Just when his blue-green eyed brother, shivaay hops in, “Shortie??? Woahh.. The long hair guy, Omkara Singh Oberoi giving a person names. That person must be special he says in a teasing tone.

Om hides his smile and looks at shivaay. “And what made the blue-green eyed boy say that??” He asks.

“Because it is always us, your brothers, the prey goats. Even now you called me blue-green eyed boy, and rudra is always your protein shake baby. So who is this new person getting equal rights as us? Shivaay asks om giving him an eye.

“Shut uuuppp. It’s nothing like that.” Om defends himself.

“Tk. If you dont wanna say it, dont say it.  We have to go remember? It’s the last hearring today” Shivaay says lowering his vision.

Om utters no word. He cups his face and takes a deep breath. “I lost all my hope. But tell me.. wont a miracle happen?” Om asks with a broken voice.

Shivaay holds Om’s shoulders tightly and nods “i hope it happens” he assures.

They both arrive at the court and sit together. Om wasnt able to face the scene so he let his head down.

“Go ahead Nivi sharma, you have any last questions to ask Mr. Tej and Mrs. Jhanvi??” The judge asks.

“Nivi sharma ??” Omkara thinks to himself.

“Yes my lord.” She says and now faces Tej with a smile.

Mr. Tej.. you should know we never break relationships, we make them. If love and trust prevails, no one can end a relationship. Dont you and Mrs. Jhanvi still love each other deep inside?? She asks with a curious face.

Om widens his eyes. He immedietly rises his head up and looks at Nivi.
“NIVI??” He shouts getting all the attention in the court.

“Silence” The judge says. While Nivi gives him a deadly glare.

“Err.. bullshit. She hates me. And i hate her” Tej says looking away.

“Tell me Mrs. Jhanvi. Wont you miss his random fight?? His clumsy apologies?? His habit of missing his specs?? And him??” Nivi asks her all the questions which Gauri had asked her earlier.

“Maybe i will” Jhanvi says with tears filling her eyes. She looks up to Tej with a guilt face.

“Tell me Mr. Tej. Wont you miss her morning bed coffees?? Her heavenly smile?? Her rantings?? and her?? Now she posed all these questions infront of Tej who actually appointed her to finish this thing off.

Tej gets in thinking and after a long pause, looks at Jhanvi.. “Maybe i will too” he says.

“Please dont seperate us. I love her” Tej says to the lord and looks at jhanvi. “Give me a last chance Jahnvi… we’ll work out things” he says and the whole crowd goes clapping and enjoying.

Hearing this, the judge dispersed the court saying that no divorce shall happen.

Om and shivaay were dumbfold. They both hugged bone-breakingly tight and patted each other’s back.

After spending some time hugging his reunited mom and dad.. Om saw Nivi crossing by.

“Oi hello..” he calls her.

“Without you this wouldn’t have happened??” It’s that what you wanted to say, isnt it? Say it fast. Dont waste my time” she said pulling her collar up.

“I dont appreciate people who steals other person’s words” he says smirking.

Nivi wide opens her mouth and turns towards him to ask, but she is cut by Om when he says “Gauri”

“Tum kaun?” She asks giving him a irritated face.

“Omkara” says shivaay butting in.

“So it’s you. And and… you really were there yesterday?? With Gauri in your Bathroom??” Nivi asks him flabbergasted and was about to laugh.

“Gauri was with you in your bathroom” shivaay exclaimed and gave om the evil smile.

“Enough both of you. Now.. where is Gauri??” Om asks all tensed.

“Dont you know mister??” Nivi eyes him.

Om thinks and he says “I know” smiling widely.

Nivi, Om and Shivaay reach a place. Totally green and grassy.
Om peeps in, to see Gauri hopping around with her glass jar. He signalls Nivi to go in.

“Areyyy gaurii.. stop following that.. you are gonna get hurt!!!!” Nivi shouts as she enters

“I can follow them for life” Gauri says keep jumping.

“The weather is unpredictable. But it may rain any minute now. This is not a good idea” Shivaay says.

“That’s exactly what i want” Om says who kept adoring her from a hide-out whispers.

Suddenly rain starts to drizzle. Nivi rushes out and shivaay wishes “All the best” to om and jumps into his car.

With every rain drop touching the grass, fireflies come out and glows its maximum.

Though it was what Om loved, Gauri is what glowing the best infront of him now.

Gauri looks at the firelies with wide open eyes and gives a faint smile.

Om come straight to her..
“You didnt come to school today, why? I was scared” he says with concern in his voice.

Seeing him, gauri pokes her nose and stands shocked. “You thought ill leave my job? If that is the only place where i can see you, how did you think i can even do that?” She asks clearing his doubt.

“I just took a day off” she says having an eyelock with him.

Standing amidst the pouring rain, after a pause, “How did you propose me 4 years back?” he asks holding her wrist.

She gulps in and looks at him..
“Why do you want to listen to that now??” She asks looking everywhere else but him.

He grabs her waist with one hand and pulls her closer, and his other hand was poking his nose.

Seeing him poke his nose, she smiles. Inspite of the cold weather and rain drizzling, his hot breath made her shiver out of the proximity. His closeness played havoc on her senses. Volcanoes erupted in her heart.

With her hands on his chest and eyes locked with his’s…

“I am an ordinary girl omkara ji..
I have my own feelings too, kush, dhuk, aasun, hasi..

But everytime i see you.. you gave me these new feelings that i dont even  know how to react..

I dont know if this is right or wrong omkara jii.. but let me tell you this..
I LOVE YOU. And that’s all i know.

If im the colours to your brushes,
Will you paint my life???” She gave him the same proposal that she did 4 years back.

“Accurate” he says droping his jaw.
“Have you been revising it??” He gigggles.

“Ever since you rejected me, ive been rewinding my words, finding any mistake in my proposal. But i couldnt find any. So because it was your personal decision, i respected it and stayed away” she says hiding her blush, still in his hold.

“So, since you gave me the respect i deserved.. i should be giving you the respect for waiting 4 years is it not??” He asks her with a smirk.

“I guess so” she says lowering her vision.

He leaned forward and pecked her lips. While Gauri stood shocked not reciprocating. What just happened?? She screamed in her head.

“Im not a guy who has debts. I return everything that someone gives me. So from now on im gonna return your love, till my last breath. Starting from now.. saying this he leans again and kisses her.

With tears of happiness in her eyes, she kisses him back.
