Chaudhry family asks doctor about Sayuri’s condition. Doctor says Sayuri is recovering, but they should keep her away from more stress. Nakul says let Kanha be with Sayuri and them all wait outside. He calls Dhanraj and informs him whole incident happened. Dhanraj rushes towards hospital. Kanha pampers sleeping Sayuri and cries. Ishq Masoom Hai.. song plays in the background. Sayuri murmurs in sleep that she and her baby will wear matching dresses. Kanha breaks down more.
Yash offers tea to Nakul and says he needs to handle his family as Kanha is with Sayuri. He then offers tea to other family members comforting them. Kusum asks him if Sayuri would be alright. He says definitely. Sayuri wakes up and congratulates Kanha for becoming a father. She considers teddy as her baby and asks him to bring her baby to him. Kanha gives teddy to her. Sayuri pampers teddy and says its their baby, he looks exactly like Kanha. Kanha says its a teddy. Sayuri scolds him not to call a Chaudhry family grandson as teddy.
Kanha gets a panic attack and walks out. Doctor notices him and gives him antianxiety spray. Kanha reveals that Sayuri is considering teddy bear as her child. Doctor says whatever he feared happened. He says sometimes brains fails to process tragic news and creates its own reality, so Kanha should support Sayuri until she realizes reality. Yash gets inspector’s call about Rishi’s death and requests inspector to manage the situation for some time. He thinks how to inform Chaudhry family about this news, only he and Nakul know about it. He walks to Nakul and says he doesn’t know what to say.
Kanha walks to family and informs that Sayuri is not ready to accept that their baby is no more. He describes the whole situation. Back home, Saroj says they were trying to get rid off 1 problem and another came in. Daadi Mausi says panditji had warned them that there would be problem because of Sayuri’s baby, but Sayuri didn’t listen to them and was too careless. Bhanu warns her not to talk about it in front of Kanha and Sayuri as they are already tensed. Family backs her. Yash continues to get inspector’s call. Sayuri returns home with Kanha holding teddy like a baby and demands family to welcome her baby.
