Rishi tries to humiliate Sayuri based on her gender. Yash says they believe in equality which Rishi doesn’t even know of. He says Rishi’s inferior thinking proves how manly he is. Kanha asks him to leave or else Nakul is waiting to bash him. Rishi shouts if they have gone mad to humiliate their would be BIL, don’t they want him to marry their sister. Kanha asks him to leave. Rishi walks away. Yash asks them all to relax. Kanha thanks him for his support. Yash says they shouldn’t bother about such people and tells Kusum that she deserves a better person than Rishi. Nakul insists to join them and he hesitanlty agrees.

Daadi Mausi asks Saroj to perform Sayuri’s nazar as she gets out of house daily for teaching. Gayatri walks in and yells at Saroj

that she is doing her a favor by getting her below-average looking daughter to her son, but Saroj’s son and DIL humiliated Rishi in front of many people. Saroj gets tensed and asks her to explain what really happened. Gayatri described a manipulated story and says her Kanha and Sayuri brutally humiliated. Saroj apologizes her and pleasd to calm down. Gayatri continues her drama. Kanha with Sayuri, Kusum, and Kanha return and says even they are not ready to get their sister married to Rishi. Gayatri says he is insulting her now and continues to emotionally blackmail Saroj. Argument ensues. Kanha refuses to budge and sends her away.

Kanha, Sayuri, and Nakul try to cheer up Kusum and say whatever happens is for good and assure her that she will get a better life partner than Rishi who would be sensible and respect her. Kusum looks at Yash’s photos on his social media account and smiles. Next day, Devraj returns home and learns about the incident. Kanha and Nakul say they wouldn’t like Kusm to marry in such an arrogant and wrong family. Daadi Mausi scolds them that children are taking decisions now and are insulting elders.

Saroj enters with a board and says youngsters are disrespecting elders and are decision decisions on their own, she will not let that happen. She says she spoke and convinced Gayatri for Rishi and Kusum’s marriage and whoever opposes her decision or disrespects Rishi or his family would disrespect her. Kanha says they can’t compromise on Kusum’s life. Saroj asks Kusum if she accepts her decision or not. Kusum recalls Rishi’s physical and verbal abuse and threat to ruin her life if she doesn’t obey her. She agrees to marry Rishi. Kahna fels shocked hearing that. Devraj says he will not compromise on his children’s happiness, especially Kusum, and wouldn’t spare Saroj if something goes wrong. Kanha tells Nakul and Sayuri that Saroj do whatever she wants to, they will do whatever is best for Kusum.

Next morning, Sayuri takes tea for Kusum and notices Kusum getting a call from college. She is about to pick it when Kusum enters. Sayuri apologizes her and says she brought tea for her. She then praises Yash’s progressive and helping nature. Kusum agrees and walks in nervously saying she needs to study.

Precap: Kanha says when women can keep fast for husbands’s long life, even he can fast for Sayuri’s long life. Sayuri gets tensed seeing kumkum bottle falling and her and Kanha’s photoframe breaking. Kanha cuts his finger while working.
