Ishitha is sitting dull in her room after talking to Prateek.Once she sees Raman she starts to weep

Raman: What happened?

Ishitha: Raman..Kartik……

Hearing which Raman is shocked. Soon he passes the news to the Goenka and Singhania families who decide to rush Mumbai

Meanwhile Naira is all tensed for Kartik after Ishitha informs her about Prateek’s take on Kartik. She hires a cab and rushes to the dubbing studio. She remembers buying their first car. It was after a month after finding Shagun.

Kartik rushes home with joy . Naira is dancing while Kartik joins her

Kartik : We are buying a car

Naira: What?

Kartik: You heard it right. Get ready we are going to the showroom

Sometime later he takes her to the showroom and there was her dream car. Naira jumps with joy

Naira: How did you?

Kartik: I know it my dear sherni

They get the car and then he takes her on a long drive. She is enjoying herself in her husband’s own car. It was an unknown joy.
Naira is brought to reality when the cab stops at the door of the dubbing studio. She hops off pays the cab and runs inside.

Kartik is dubbing for the climax which showcases the death of Nethra’s character. He is potraying all the emotions inside the box. Nethra is admiring his performance outside when Naira rushes inside. Nethra notices her wet eyes. Just then Kartik finishes off his dubbing in style

Naira is reminded of Ishitha’s words where she warned about emotional exhaustion. Naira rushes inside the box and hugs Kartik. Kartik is first surprised to see her there and he suddenly collapses . Naira prevents him getting injured by slumping on the ground  making him fall on her lap

Naira: Please call the ambulance

Nethra rushes there

Nethra: What happened Naira?

Naira: Nethra …nethra…
Naira weeps. The dubbing assistant calls the ambulance. He also informs Goenkas and Singhanias as per Naira’s request

Kartik partially regains consciousness while being taken into the ambulance. Naira is holding his hands tight

Naira: Kartik..kuch nahi hoga tume ( Nothing will happen to you)

Kartik is taken to the hospital.

Sometime later

Dr.Prateek : Mrs.Goenka he had minor internal hemorrhage but now the bleeding has increased. We need to perform surgery now

Naira remembers the past

When she was in mumbai she picked up the phone call

Voice: Hello Mrs. Kartik Goenka?

Naira: Haan ji

Voice: Your husband fell down from bike few days ago and came to our hospital that time we performed CT scan whose reports have come and he has very minor internal brain bleeding . Its not much serious but needs attention

Reality:

Prateek: Naira initially they might have said its not serious enough but now he has collapsed and has alternate syncope and consciousness ..sorry he is fainting and gaining consciousness alternatively. We need an immediate surgery. Ill prepare the theatre

Naira breaks down

Swarna: Naira you need to stay strong

Naksh holds her and starts to console her

Naksh: Naira your Kartik will get well soon after surgery see

The forms are got signed by her and Kartik is taken to the OT.
