CHAPTER 8
COME IN…
radhika nervously opened the door and went inside the cabin with short pace. she went near his desk. there sat our arjun mehra with a confident face. seeing his confident , she started to lose her confident fully. she was seeing here and there to avoid the eye contact. arjun was keeenly looking at her and could see her nervousness clearly. a small smile played on his lips.
arjun: so miss. mishra good morning. please take ur seat.
radhika: go..good mor..morning ss..sir. thank you. she quickly took her seat. she now wished breathe some fresh air.
arjun who saw her discomfort asked her to have water. she quickly took the water and drank it in one gulp. seeing this arjun smiled.
arjun: so miss mishra , i am very impressed by ur interviews.
radhika who was becoming all right now beamed with happiness. she smiled like a child and said: thanku sir
arjun: so mishra why here?
radhika gave a questioning look. arjun immediately understood and said: i mean as far as i know u r Mr. and Mrs. mishras daughter right?
radhika just nodded her head. arjun continued” only heir of the vast mishra empire. u have a huge kingdom for yourself to look after then why working in some ones company. yaa phir is this any plan ha. radhika got shocked hearing his words. how can he think about her. how can he think she is a traitor. this is very mean. but still it was not his mistake any one would ask her this question”” arjun: wat happened mishra? answer me..
radhika was brought back from her dream. she got angry. she stood up and said to him in high voice”mr. arjun mehra one thing i clearly need to tell u that being a millionaire’s daughter doesn’t mean i cant do things of my wish. i have my own dreams which i need to fulfill. yes i have a big empire to rule. watever u said is correct but let me tell u i am not interested in the empire nor ruling it. i am not even interested to be addressed as miss mishra. i have a name which u might have seen in my bio data. so its better to call me by my name”RADHIKA”and if u think i am a traitor then u may think watever u want mister but i dont want to work in a company who thinks their employ as traitor. understood i dont want this job” radhika said these things in one go. she was now lacking breathe and was breathing heavily.
arjun just stood and stared at her. he could figure out how much pain she has and how much she is hurt. he quietly went to her and made her to sit. he then gave her a glass of water and gave her some time to calm herself. he then took his kerchief and wiped her tears. and then raised her chin to make her look at him.
she looked at him. he stared at her eyes which showed her innocence. he then spoke in a calm and soft voice”radhika.. i am sorry. i have hurted u . i am really sorry.u know i was just testing u and u really passed the exam.u r the one who is fit for this job and no one can. u r appointed as my PA.
Radhika was shocked to hear it. she was surprised and astonished. arjun mehra apologised to her. the man who never bend his head in front of others nor apologised to anyone , apologised to her. she really couldnt believe. is she dreaming no it cant be she can really feel his touch. it was a warm one with full of care and affection. { argh! radhika stop thinking about him u idiot. dont cross ur limit stupid}
radhika came back from her dream world and got up from the seat and distanced herself from him. arjun who was lost in her too came back to reality and composed himself. he then said”so what have u decided? ”
radhika: if u think i am fit for this job then i would wholeheartedly accept it. i would be sincere to my work sir.
arjun: i dont want to know about ur sincerity as i know it before. ur very hardworking . but i need u to throw out ur nervousnessas i wont be there always to provide water for u.and there would be soon water shortage.
radhika smiled at his comment and said i will try my best sir and will also try to save water. arjun gave smiled at her. he then asked receptionist to ask rajesh to come inside. after few seconds rajesh came into his cabin. arjun then introduced radhika to him. they both exchanged pleasantries.
arjun : rajesh , i wont u to show her the whole office and her cabin. turning to radhika and said after that meet me i will tell u about ur work.
radhika nodded and went with rajesh. after she went arjun gave out a deep breathe and said in low voice:”there is something in this girl. she will make me mad.

KHANNA’S SALSA ACADEMY
sam was busy in training her students for a competition which would be held within 2 months. her head was bursting, she wanted her team to win and was planning for something interesting. she wanted her steps and formation to be very different from others. this was the 10 th formation she planned but canceled it out. she was losing her temper each and every time a when a student made mistake. suddenly she got a call.as soon as she saw the caller id she smile widely. she went out to attend it and before she went she asked others to practice well. she attended the call and started to scold the other person in the line without allowing him to speak”idiot were where u all these days? ha! u said u will come back within 2 days and now see its 5 days,10 hours,20 miutes and 23 seconds. u know how much i missed u, but i know there u would be enjoying by flirting with other girls na, u duffer , u donkey dont dare to call me , i will not…before she could say the caller cut the call. sam was shocked. he would never do that but..suddenly she got a message saying
HELLO SAMMY MY DEAR APPLY PIE I KNOW UR VERY ANGRY WITH ME BUT I HAD TO STAY HERE AS MY AUNT MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND SHE IS HOSPITALISED. I KNW MY APPLE PIE WOULD UNDERSTAND ME. IF I WANT TO FLIRT WITH GIRLS THEN WE BOTH WILL DO THAT. I PROMISE U I WILL COME AFTER 2 DAYS AND THEN WE CAN DO ALL MISCHIEF’S LIKE WE DO BEFORE. WE CAN FLIRT AND COMMENT ON THEM. OK!! Sam felt sad for shouting at him and replied back

she then went back to teach the steps.

rajesh showed radhika the whole office.she like it so much, it had a beautiful atmosphere and the interior designs were so magnificent. he then introduced her to other employees. every one instantly like her due to her friendly nature. she then went to arjun’s cabin..here arjun too was waiting for her. he felt restlessness , but when she came to his cabin he felt relaxed.
arjun: so radhika ,did u like me..
radhika was shocked to hear this, arjun too got shocked and quickly covered it by saying. i…me..mean m..my company – BS.
radhika: yes sir, i loved it. i am glad that i will be working here.
arjun felt relaxed hearing her and cursed himself ……………
silence prevailed between them.
radhika felt awkward and asked “sir if u can tell me about ny work then i can just start now itself. my dadaji used to say that we should not delay any work and should finish it quickly..
arjun smiled at her and said”i think ur dadaji is right , u should not delay anything and that is my companys policy too. so u need to do many things. in business matter i am very fast and u need to cope up with my speed.so here are the rules
1. u need to make my schedule of the day and should report it to me.
2. whenever i ask u to submit mu files it should be submitted on my desk on time. i hate people who are late
So radhika, now u will have time to run along with me. be ready we need to go grand palace hotel for a meeting. go through the files of netgear. we will leave by sharp 1 understood.
radhika : yes sir
she then left his cabin and went to her and sat down to read the file.. she was so engrossed in her work and didnt wish to make any sort of mistake. arjun was observing her from his cabin……………….TO BE CONTINUED
