Will you miss Veera on Star Plus?

Star Plus’ Veera premiered on 29 October 2012 and stars Digangana Suryavanshi, Shivin Narang, Vishal Vashishtha, and Farnaz Shetty, replacing child actors Harshita Ojha, Bhavesh Balchandani, Devish Ahuja, and Arshifa Khan after the 15 year leap. Bhavesh Balchandani and Harshita Ojha became household names as young Ranvi and Veera. Shivin Narang and Digangana Suryavanshi played the parts with equal charm. Veera is set to go off air on 8 August and new show Mohii will take its slot at 5 pm. Mohii is a remake of the popular Bengali drama Isti Kutum. Mohii stars Karan Sharma, Vinita Joshi and Rishma Rochlani in pivotal roles. Mohii is the story of a tribal girl who wants to make it big in the city. She dreams to become a doctor.

Coming to current track of the show Veera, it has few high points before the happy ending. Baldev finds Veera trying to console Geet. Dilawar’s men abduct Geet. Ranvi tells Gunjan that he wants to marry her again. They get married at their home, while Geet finds Baldev with Dilawar. She agrees to marry Dilawar. Veera goes out looking for Geet. Ranvi learns that Geet is missing. Dilawar and Geet get married. Baldev returns home with Dilawar and Geet. Balwant slaps Baldev for getting Geet married against her wish. Geet says she has married by her wish and tries ending problems. Veera tells Baldev that their relationship will be affected, if Dilawar fails to keep Geet happy. Dilawar mistreats Geet. Ranvi breaks into Dilawar’s room and beats him. Baldev confronts Ranvi for beating Dilawar. An angry Dilawar sets Ranvi’s fields on fire. The moneylender tells Gunjan that Ranvi has taken a loan of Rs 20 lakhs from him. Baldev is shocked learning that Ranvi is mortgaging his house. Ranvi mortgages his house to repay the loan. Dilawar decides to ruin Ranvi’s life and comes to stay at Ranvi’s house. Dilawar’s truth gets exposed. Dilawar will be punished for Ratan’s death. The show will have a happy ending.
