Author’s POV

The trio went to open the door……

Meanwhile, at the other end of the door..

Person: Open the door….Is everyone deaf?! What to do…Hmm

Daya…Oh Daya, Daya todh darvaaja!! (Any CID Fan 😎-🙋🏻‍♀️)

Daya: But Daksh babu how can I?? (Here, their bodyguard’s name is also Daya)

Daksh: The same way as the Daya in CID and Singham Returns does….Understood (Stern)

Daya: Yea….yes!

Daksh: Good….now on the count of three just break the door…..1…2 an…

Daya was on his mark to break the door..but before he could. The door was opened.

And the trio’s mouth were left open to see the scene in front of their eyes..

Vansh: What’s going on??

Daksh: What’s going on….this question I guess I should ask you papa, why didn’t you open the door? I have been standing here for almost 10 mins and now you are not letting me in too!! (Pout)

Vansh: Yes come inside…where is dadi? (Looking outside to find her)

Daksh: Well she had dropped me here and went to the temple.

Riddhima (holding Bhavya close to her): Ohh…okay, by the way, you said you’ll come after 2 weeks, why have you come early then?

Daksh (jealous seeing Riddhima’s hands around Bhavya): Well, I was thinking that you might be missing me Mom, but I must say that you proved me wrong! Thank you (fake smile)

Riddhima sensing Daksh’s jealously removes her hands from Bhavya’s shoulder and walked towards him and spoke up;

Riddhima: Aww….mera baccha you know me sooo well… I was missing you a lot!!

She was ready to hug him but he backed off, Riddhima looked at him suspiciously.

Daksh (not interested): Mom your phone please…

Riddhima (puzzled): But why?

Daksh: Just give nah!

Riddhima: Okay take. (Passed him her phone.)

Daksh tried a couple of times to unloack it but wasn’t able to.

Daksh (frustrated): Mom…why isn’t the phone getting unlocked, I used my birth date only as the password.

Riddhima: Ohh beta I forgot to tell you the password is Bhavya’s birth date. (Aag mein ghee daalne ka kaam kar diya Riddhu)

Daksh: Nice!!

After unlocking the phone Daksh and gave a call…

Daksh: Hello Dadi!

Daksh: Yes…yes, I have reached home. I wanted to tell you that here no….

Vansh who had understood what his cutie son gonna say, the snatched the phone from his hand…

Vansh (eyeing Daksh, talking to Dadi): Hello Dadi…haan Daksh wanted to say that here on-one wanted him to stay with you for 2 weeks but he stayed and we missed him a lot!

Vansh: Yes..yes, I hope you have reached home safe and sound.

——

Vansh: Great, okay bye….good night!

Vansh: What was this for?? Ready to go there again leaving us here?!

Daksh (angry): Then what should I do? No-one loves me here and the one who loved me to the core has completely changed during this span and now this girl (pointing towards Bhavya) is the apple of my mother’s eyes!!

Riddhima: Daksh it’s nothing like that.

Daksh: Mom it’s like that only….now I don’t wanna talk with you all, Kahtti!!

Daksh was ready to go towards the room when he felt that his feet aren’t touching the ground anymore and when turned he saw that Vansh has picked him up..

Daksh: Papa put me down! I don’t wanna talk with you all!

Vansh: Accha….is that so?

Vansh made him sit on the sofa which was nearby and started tickling him..

Daksh (while laughing): Pa…pa…stop. Ha..haaahaa!

Vansh (smiliing seeing him like this): First you stop being so stubborn and then I’ll leave.

Daksh: No…no I won’t…..Ha…hahaaaa…Please stop papa!

Vansh: No beta I won’t until and unless you apologise your mother.

Daksh: Oh…ok…Mo..mom…I’m sorry I’m sorry! Now plea..please stop tickling.

Vansh stopped tickling Daksh…whereas Daksh stood up and moved towards Riddhima and spoke up;

Daksh: I’ll believe you that you love me more than Bhavya only if you cook my favourite food in Dinner….i.e. Daal makhani, Kadhai paneer and naan and also Rasgulla as dessert. Deal?!

Riddhima (chuckling): Deal. Anything for you…

Daksh: Yay!! I love you!!

And then hugged Riddhima after a few seconds Vansh and Bhavya also joined them A FAMILY HUG!

After having the toothsome dinner the kids went to play Ping Pong (Table Tennis). While Riansh went in their room to spend some quality of time with each other.

I had noticed that after the first chapter no Riansh scene has been written…Am I right?? So thought of writing one 😉

In Their Room

Riddhima: Ahh…hahhh wow!! Yess..yes like this, yes. I’m loving it Vansh. You have magic in your hands! 5 minutes more…please!! (pout)

Vansh: Riddhima…Seriously! No more I have been giving you a good oil massage since the past half an hour and you are asking for more…No more!

Riddhima (puppy eyes): Please Vansh!!

Vansh: No means no…My hands have started paining at least think about your drearest husband yaar!

Riddhima (smiling): Okay my husband if no more massage, then at least can you please comb my hair!

Vansh: Okay done…but only on one condition and that is…

Riddhima (perplexed): And that is?

Vansh (smirking): You have to give me a kiss, once I complete making you pony!

Riddhima: What no…no kiss, I don’t want you to comb my hair, I’ll do it myself.

Vansh: Well sweetheart, kiss toh I’ll take by any means today and if you don’t want to give then okay…I’ll throw water on you right away and then you’ll have to first dry yourself, your hair and then again you’ll have to do an oil massage…So much work you’ll have to do sweetheart just because you denied to give me a kiss….Chii chii!!

Riddhima, knowing that she’s left with no other option finally agreed to give Vansh a kiss!

After Vansh completed his part of work, he came and sat in front of Riddhima so that she does her part of work as promised.

But before she could move an inch closer, the room door was flung open and the kids entered the room.

Vansh (mumbering): Ohh God looks like along with my kids you are also my romance’s enemy!

Riddhima who had heard what Vansh said started giggling.

While both Daksh and Bhavya climbed up on the bed and sat beside their parents.

Daksh (eager): Mom you know what?

Riddhima (raising an eyebrow): What?

Daksh: Today I won the TT match and Bhavya lost it. Yay!

Riddhima: Woww!! That’s great looks like today we both mother-son duo won against the father-daughter duo.

Saying so they did Hi-Fi.

Daksh: What..Mom you too won….but for which thing?

Riddhima: Hmmm….I’ll tell you some other day. Right Vansh (winks)

Vansh glared at Riddhima’s smiling face as if saying that he’ll handle her afterwards.

Daksh: Ohh….Papa I forgot to ask something from you…Well did you and Angre chachu meet in Siberia?? (Hope you understand)

Riddhima and Vansh (Shocked): Whaatt??

While they were shocked, one person was there who was giggling and the giggling didn’t get unnoticed by the trio.

Daksh (irritated): For what reason are you laughing Bhavya? I didn’t say a joke I guess.

Bhavya (suppressing her laugh): Ohh Sorry…Yes papa you didn’t answer Daksh’s question even I wanna know (smirk).

And for the first time it was Riddhima who took the charge to safe Vansh from the question.

Riddhima (looking at the clock) (Stern): Ohh it’s already 11 pm and you both are still awake..Sleep.

Daksh: But Mom..

Riddhima: No But, What….It’s sleeping time..Good Night!

Saying so she switched the light off.

All of them were immersed in their own thoughts before closing their eyes!

Vansh: Baal baal bache. Yeh dono bacche kabhi nah kabhi meri maut ka kaahran banege! (Saved in the nick of time. These 2 kids some or the other day would be the reason of my death!)

Riddhima: Heh Bappa mere parivaar ke upar apni kripa drishti banaye rakna. Aur yeh sach kabhi bhi Daksh ke saamne na aaye. (Hail Shri Ganesh, please keep your grace on my family. Also, this truth should never come out in front of Daksh.)

Bhavya: Dekhte hai aage hota hai kya. Kya Daksh sacchai jaan payega? Kya samay uske saath hoga? Agar hua bhi toh kya voh uss mauke ka sahi tarah se istemaal kar payega? Vaise main itna kyu soch rahi hun? Socha toh Maa aur Papa ko hai! (Let’s see what happens next. Will Daksh come across the truth? Will time be in his favour? If yes, then will he be able to use that oppurtunity properly? Well, why am I thinking too much? It’s Maa and Papa who have to think!)

Daksh: Papa ne mere sawaal ka javab nahi diya (angry pout) Abb main kya karu…Idea! Abb mujhe iss ke baare main khud hi jaana padega.  (Papa hasn’t given the answer to my question. What should I do..Idea! Now only one thing is left and that is that I myself have to find found the answer.)

Mid night

There was silence all over the area…only the insects’ sounds could be heard.

But interupting the silence a loud shriek was heard and that was none other than that of Riddhima.

Riddhima (sleepy shriek): Dakshhhhhhhh! Not again…

(Any guess what has Daksh done??🤔

Well if not then I’ll do the honour of telling. He has kicked Riddhima while he was sleeping. I guess he might be playing football in this dream so gave a kick in real as if he’s kicking the ball. What do you all think?

Also how many of you have ever given a kick/boxing while you were sleeping?)
