Flashback continues..
Dev’s pov
Days flew away…it was around 2 months I have ever seen sona….i would laugh at me whenever I see myself in the mirror as being a man I didn’t even bother to gather up my courage to have a conversation with sona..I felt ashamed…really…y don’t I juz talk to my sona and know abt her….MY SONA….this word would always make me stand in my cloud nine….I would relish my moments with her face. I would always think abt her wherever I am…she always overtake my thoughts with her beauty…nature…kindness and everything…..I don’t know when I’m going to confess my feelings to her….oh s…..in these months I…. I’ve started to develop my feelings fa her….fa my Sona….I juz brushed my thoughts away and left down. As Ma called me fa breakfast, I denied and turn back juz to stop by my cute sister, “ Bhai, this is not done, when r u going to get our bhabhi home” said Ria with more curiosity in seeing her bhabhi…to which Nikki cmntd, “ Ria di, Bhai will not get our bhabhi bcas he is so possessive abt her….hain na Bhai..?” chukled Nikki..to which I gave a death glare to both of them as Ma was there serving breakfast but I was literally shocked hearing… “ Dev, yes Ria aur Nikki were crct …y don’t u get my bahu home as soon as possible…!” said Ma. “ Bhai dekh, we all were waiting to see our bhabhi but u don’t understand….what is this Bhai…” Complained Neha…as I have no answer for my lovely ladies…! “ Ma…if u all wish then…I’ll get her here…” within I could complete.. “ No way Bhai we won’t believe u this time” said Nikki. “ Dev, do u need me to talk to her parents. I’ll do this fa u beta…where is her house…I’ll…..” “ Ma nahi…! I’ll take care…” I paused a minute and continued… “ Ma WO….actually…! I know nothing about her except her name…” to which I yearned a big shock from my sisters and a confused look from my Ma. I continued.. “ haan…Ma…in these 2 months I would follow her daily and this is not went unnoticed by her…she would notice so she would drive fast…actually I don’t want her to get into trouble bcas of me…so I would return daily…and this the condition often Ma… So..” before I could complete… “ what…??!” exclaimed Nikki in a loud unbelievable tone. I gave her a confused look to which she continued, “ The great DEV DIXIT is afraid to confess his feelings to a girl…oh my god…! Bhai..I would say to my frnds that u r such a brave person and here u r…?? Omg…such a coward….!!” said Nikki. I hold her ears hard as she gave me such a sarcastic complement to this ever lovely Dev Dixit…I asked her to shut up….and said… “ Ma I would soon get her here Ma…!” I said bidding adieu to my ladies only to stop by Ma again… “ Dev!” “ Haan Ma..?” “ Dev actually today or mamaji and Mamiji r arriving to Delhi so if u r free u would pick them up ..? Bcas..” “ haan Ma I’m free today I will pick them..” I took her blessings and went..!

The day was as normal as it could be…! I wined up my work at noon and left fa sona’s hospital as I have to pick my mamaji today evening. I waited there outside her hospital during her lunch hours. I know that she would always come out fa her lunch. But today she was bit late. She didn’t even come yet. I waited there so long. I thought to move from there and turned back but I’m hell shocked to see an enraged SONAKSHI standing back at me..! She was looking at me that I have committed some sin. I know that she would ask me following her these long days but before I could start anything…..! She said..! “ Listen Mr Dixit, I don’t know y u r following me everyday wherever I go ….but I know something is fishy in ur mind…so its better u rub off those thoughts…..! “ as soon as Sonakshi completed I stood numb she turned to go but I stopped her.. I don’t kow y I stopped her…but I don’t know wat to talk..! “ Ms Sonakshi…I know that I would follow u ….but pls there is a reason..” “ oh oh…pls Mr Dixit u don’t have to say all those i know…! If u don’t mind pls move..and don’t follow me either” said she without any pause. She again turned and took few steps but stopped bcas of me…I don’t know is this the same dev who didn’t even have a courage to speak to the same girl a day before…but today.. “ sonakshi…y don’t we be a good frnds” asked I to which she halted… She again turned to me and smiled through the corner of her lips. That melted me…seriously… “ Oh so this was the reason u were behind me fa these long months…is it Mr Dixit” said she to which I shrugged myself and gave her the same tone smile. Before I could say anything she forwarded her hands saying “ friends??” I’m very happy that I could at least befriend my love…I’m happy that I would prove to Nikki that I’m not coward…I came back to my senses when she snapped her fingers before me and extended my hand towards her. We became frnds and she said “ OK Mr Dixit bye I’m getting late..!” “ I don’t mind u calling me dev….Dr sonakshi..!” she smiled at me and waved her hands saying “ bye dev” I stood there and called her again “ sonakshi” confused…I called but I don’t know how to ask …. She turned back and signals me what …?I nodded no and she came near me again. “ as I’m ur frnd I think u won’t bother saying smthng to me” said she to which I smiled and marked a big no again…! She again waved and went and I again called her and said, “ Sonakshi” she turned and I said “bye sonakshi” ….she smiled at me and said.. “ Dev….something is wrong I think…” “ No nothing is wrong u carry on…! Bye..” said I… “ Dev … 9435****** this is my number…!” as soon as she complted I felt astonished that she reads my mind though we became frnds a little before. I gave her the ever broad smile that I could give to which she laughed at me and went with her frnds not even giving a damn at me. I came back home with my mamaji and Mamiji and said everything to my sisters and my Ma after Mamiji went to sleep…

Dev’s pov
I don’t know I felt so relieved after thinking about sonakshi…! What would be my son doing by now…how would be he now…all these thoughts left me awake till the late hours of early morning but I don’t know when sleep overtook my thoughts..!
