1. Jana Na Dil Se Door (English: Don’t Go Away From My Heart)

Jana Na Dil Se Door is Vividha’s journey in Atharva’s love, where ‘Love Empowers’.

Vividha is happy in her world which revolves around her family and meanders in the lanes and by-lanes of Ajmer. Her father, Kailash is her hero and she trusts him and follows his teachings blindly. She has been raised completely in his shadow and trained to follow a set of norms obediently. Kailash, himself, on the other hand, is a tough man, who has seen many ups and downs in his life and has lived a rags to riches story. He strongly believes in the old norm that relationships are only possible between individuals who are equal in social status.

Atharva does not fit this perfect image that Kailash wants for his daughter and even though it’s not love at first sight for Vividha, she ends up falling in love with Atharva. She likes it when he points out that she is a strong girl, which no one has ever told her. She feels confident and motivated by Athrava’s positivity and constant encouragement.

So far the story has covered many hearts but its predicted plot has made the fans upset at separation of Vividha and Atharva. But the chemistry of the lead is enjoyed by every fans.

2. Mere Angne Mein… (English: In my yard)

Mere Angne Mein showcases the lives of a typically middle-class family in Mughalsarai, Uttar Pradesh. The soap follows the family drama of the Shrivastavs, who have a matriarch named Shanti. Shanti handles the family affairs in her own style and has complete control over other family members and their activities in the house. When the new bride in the family, wife of a grandson, comes in, this puts the new woman in conflict with the established order of the house. In addition, the extended family of Shrivastavs has a dysfunctional family of her daughter, Sarla. The story is interwoven with these two families saga of incoherent conflict and how small incidences create major crisis. The series is amusing with its irony and crookedness. Shanti tries to break Kaushalya And Riya’s relationship, as well Shivam and Riya’s. Accordingly Riya has adopted a villager’s look to deal with Shanti Devi.

3. Suhani Si Ek Ladki (English: A lovely little girl)

Suhani Si Ek Ladki is about young love and extended family dynamics. Suhani is an average looking yet free spirited and kind girl who loves everyone. Her best friend is Soumya, a very beautiful girl. Yuvraj, a rich boy who values beauty secretly falls in love with Soumya but with lots of twists and turns Suhani and Yuvraj get married and Soumya to her love Krishna. They show took a leap in which Yuvraj’s sister and Krishna are dead nad Yuvraj blames Suhnai for this. After the leap it is shown that Yuvraj and Suhani are separated and Soumya lives with her children with Yuvraj. Suhani as a single parent grows her child Yuvaan and later comes to know about her twin child living with Yuvraj. The story had so much of twists and turns but had a good chemistry between Yuvraj and Suhani.

4. Saath Nibhaana Saathiya (English: Stay together, my love)

Saath Nibhaana Saathiya is a typical family drama series with so many leaps. The story is about Gopi from a middle class family and uneducated and how by fate she gets married to the rich Modi’s family and her journey as a wife, daughter-in-law and as a mother. Unlike other serial the relationship between Gopi and her mother-in-law is very strong and both support each other in their difficult times. Now the show is featuring about Gopi’s 2 daughters martial life and how she and her mother-in-law guide the kids.

5. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein (English: This is Love)

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein follows the love story of Ishita, who is Tamil, and Raman, who is Punjabi. Ishita is sterile and gets attached emotionally to Raman’s daughter, Ruhi, who lives with her divorced father. Raman’s ex-wife, Shagun, lives with her boyfriend Ashok and Aditya, her son with Raman. Due to circumstances, Raman and Ishita marry each other.Slowly the pair fallen in love with each other and live a happy martial life but with a sudden twist the show takes a leap and shows Ruhi against her beloved mother Ishita. Ishita and Raman due to certain misunderstanding yet the pair have a strong bonding which drags the audience towards it.

6. Siya Ke Ram (English: Sita’s Ram)

Siya ke ram is Ramayana told from Sita’s perspective. Though it is a myth it has covered the hearts of many audiences. The chemistry between Sita and Ram was loved by all fans. Apart from the lead pair the show showcased a beautiful bonding for each and every pair among them Lakshman and Urmila bonding was loved by all. Since it’s a myth there isn’t much twists and turns yet it is seen by all to know Ramayana from Sita’s view. S o far the show had done well and now entering into the Sitaharan.

7. Silsila…Pyaar Ka (English: Continuation of Love)

Silsila…Pyaar Ka is a show about an over confident and over possessive mother, Janaki Tiwari and her son, Raunak and thinks that he only deserves to be her’s and she is the remote control of him. She can’t tolerate when an outsider comes in between them. The story creates a twist when the female lead comes in between the mother and son. The show story which will also focus on issues of the youth and will show a love triangle between Kajal, Raunak and Akshay. Raunak and Akshay are good friends Raunak falls for Kajal who studies in same college. But he did not express his feelings. He takes Akshay’s help and writes letter to Kajal. Meanwhile Janaki get know Raunak’s feelings for Kajal. She blackmails Akshay. To save his father Akshay writes his name on letter and gives it to Kajal. Due to few tricks played by Janaki, Kajal and Akshay are married. Raunak feels Akshay cheated him and started hating him. With this the show takes 5 years of leap in which Akshay dies while saving Raunak. After this after much of hurdles Raunak and Kajal get married and the Sasu – Bahu fights witnesses the show with Ranuak loves for Kajal increasing day by day.

8. Diya Aur Baati Hum (English: We are like the earthen lamp and its wick)

Diya Aur Baati Hum is the journey of a modern young woman who has to find a way to her dreams and who unexpectedly finds a constant companion in the person she least expected it from – her traditional husband and his family.

The serial has followed Sandhya’s life since she was a young college-going girl to the time she was forced into marriage following her parents’ death to her struggles to find acceptance in a traditional Rajasthani family, to motherhood and most significantly her journey to become an IPS officer as she had always desired and the many challenges of her chosen profession. Her constant supporter has been her husband Sooraj Rathi who has stood by her even when it has threatened to alienate him from his family. He is the favorite child of his mother Santosh Rathi but it has not stopped him from standing up to his mother whenever he has felt she is in the wrong. Similarly Santosh or Bhabho, as she is known to all, has never minced words especially when it comes to her daughters-in-law. At the beginning of the series, Bhabho is Sandhya’s biggest opponent but over the years has come to become her biggest supporter.

The series has taken several leaps both in time and theme but the bonding of the lead is still loved by all audience.

9. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (English: What’s this relationship called)

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is the story of a young couple Naitik and Akshara Singhania who live in a Marwari joint family in Udaipur. The story showcases their journey first as a married couple going through adjustment issues, then as parents of young children, and how they learn to love each other and their respective extended families while becoming mature members of their household. The show had taken several leaps and in the recent leap it is seen Akshara’s daughter Naira runs away from her home due certain misunderstanding and hates her mom Akshara while misses her daughter and is determined to find her soon.

10. Tamanna (English: Desire or Aim in Life)

Tamanna depicts the life of a female cricketer, Dharaa. The story revolves around a woman who wants to become a cricketer and the sacrifices she has to make in order to achieve her dream.

Dharaa is supported by her father and soon convinces her grandmother about playing cricket. She continues playing well and a promising future seemed to lie ahead. But the sudden deterioration of her father’s health convinces her to agree to marry Mihir soon, a guy with whom her alliance was going to be fixed. She is initially happy and continues playing cricket, but soon realises her husbands’s chauvinistic side. He treats Dharaa like a prisoner and controls her. He even went to the extent of doubting her character, and feels that Shubhangi, his and Dharaa’s daughter, is not his but Diwakar’s, his boss and their neighbour. Fed up of Mihir’s possessive nature and insulting behaviour, Dharaa files for divorce, which Mihir refuses to give. But after sufficient evidences shown by Dharaa and the last minute appearance of Mihir’s co worker who revealed all the misdeeds of Mihir helped Dharaa in getting divorce. After that M. N. Roy gave Dharaa a job as a cricket coach in school in Merut. She reaches Merut and comes to know about riots. After the curfew she starts her coaching. Seeing the bitterness between the hindu and muslim students she decides to first make one single team and she succeeds in it but because of a little war between the two players caused riots again in Bulandganj. She decides to resign but the students apologize to her and then she starts to coach students again. The latest episodes show that Mihir arrives in Bulandganj and is gathering evidences to show that Dharaa is an irresponsible mother and is spoiling Shubhangi’s childhood and is bad at parenting and gain the custody of Shubhangi.

11. Dahleez – Pehil Jhalak (English: Threshold – – past the first Jhlk)

Dahleez – Pehil Jhalak is a courtroom drama, based in Delhi, which focuses on the bureaucracy of India, how our country works.

Set in the political and legal world of Delhi; this is a love story of Adarsh and Swadheenta. Adarsh Sinha is an IAS Officer, who always supports truth and justice. Swadheenta Ramakrishanan is a lawyer hailing from Chennai, who always supports the poor and fights for the poor’s rights and justice. Their goal is same but path is different.

Adarsh belongs to a family of high bureaucratic and legal stature. He is the middle one of three-son family. His mother Suhasini Sinha is a reputed senior advocate of the city. His father and elder brother are both bureaucratic officers, while his younger brother is an IPS officer. Adarsh himself is a bureaucrat placed with the Union Home Ministry. The marriage of elder son Jaideep was arranged by his mother with Jaya, while youngest son Abhay married his love Simmy without the consent of his family. Jaideep and Jaya have a loveless marriage. Swadheenta hails from a middle class South Indian family, who lives with her maternal uncle family in Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

The lead pair has an awesome bonding loved by all audiences. Apart from the lead the show’s other pairs bonding is appreciated by the fans.

Now the show is showcasing the marriage of Adarsh and Swadheenta happening after crossing many hurdles. Each and every character suits the role perfectly and the bonding of the members Sinha family is also well depicted. But the marriage of the lead is at stack as terrorist plan to blast on the city of Delhi at three places including the marriage venue. It is yet to be seen how does the Sinha brothers stop the blast and safeguard their city.
