Part 6: Phone conversation

Sanskar goes downstairs to have his dinner. His whole family were waiting for him only.

Aryan: What is this chachu, you came late. We were waiting for you.

Sanskar: Sorry aryan, I was little busy.

Laksh giggles while sanskar glares him. They started eating their dinner.

Rp: By the way, I didn’t know that some people are so desperate to get someone’s number that they don’t go to their work.

Sanskar was drinking, suddenly chocks hearing Rp while everyone giggle.

Sanskar: If you guys will tease me like that then I won’t have dinner. I am going.

Laksh: To talk to swara again.

Sanskar stomps his foot and starts to go but sujata stood up and held his hand.

Sujata: Uffo sanskar, Why are you getting angry? The are just teasing you. Now come and eat your dinner, don’t leave it in between. And (to rp and laksh), you guys won’t tease my son.

Laksh: Fine, we won’t tease your laadla son.

Sanskar sits back and shows tongue to laksh.

AT GH (at the same time)

Swara comes down with a blush on her face. She sees her family laughing.

Arjun: Oh god, I wish I could have seen jiju facial epression.

Swara remembers arjun’s prank. She goes to him and twists his ear.

Arjun: Auch di….sorry di…please leave my ear… it is paining.

Swara leaves her ear and crossed her arm across her chest.

Swara: Do you even know how embarrassing it was? God knows what he might be thinking right now. I just scolded him thinking that he is roop. I hope he didn’t feel bad.

Arjun: Oh ho, see ma baba, how she is really worrying about her to be husband? Don’t worry di, your to be husband will not be angry.

Swara lowers her head due to shyness and says, “A..Arjun what are you saying?”

Shekhar (teasingly): See mishti, how she is blushing?

Swara: Babaa!

Saying she hugs shekhar tightly. Shekhar gesture arjun and shomi to join the hug. They have a cute family hug. Soon the gadodia family had their dinner and went to their rooms. Swara checks her phone. She sees a message from sanskar. A cute smile appears on her face. She opens sanskar’s message.

SANSKAR: GOOD NIGHT SWARA… AND DON’T BE EMBARRASSED FOR SCOLDING ME THINKING AS YOUR FRIEND.

Swara smiles as he understood her. Swara types the message.

SWARA: GOOD NIGHT AND THANK YOU AND SORRY ONCE AGAIN

Swara thinks is she should send it or not as for the first time she is sending to a male except shekhar and arjun.

Unexpectedly she hears a voice, “Stop putting pressure on your little brain and send the message to jiju as I believe that he must be waiting for your reply.”

Swara widens her eyes and turns around. She sees arjun standing.

Swara (innocently and cutely): Is this message okay to send him… first time I am sending to a boy.

Arjun (serious face): No, it’s not okay

Swara: What should I add?

Arjun: I love you

Swara: ok (realises what arjun said) Arjun!

Arjun giggles, “I was just kidding di… (sees swara’s cheeks getting red) oh god di, you are blushing.”

Swara: Shutup

Arjun: Okay, sorry. This message is totally okay di… and you should not ask me all the time, thesee things are yours and jiju’s private things.

Swara (smiles): Ok

Arjun: Good night and have sweet dreams about jiju

Arjun runs away before she could catch him. Arjun reaches his room.

Arjun (monologue): My di is so innocent. Sometime I think that she is elder than me or I am elder. I am happy that jiju is going to be her husband as I know that he will always be with her and protect her.

SWARA’S ROOM

Swara sends the message to him after lots of battle between her mind and heart. She sits on the chair infront of her room’s window and gazes at the dark sky which is looking beautiful in shining moon and little twinkling stars.

Sanskar was sitting on the bench infront of the window in his room. He was wearing white shirt and white pant, his silky hairs were flying and was looking cute and breathtaking with his He was gazing the sky with phone in his hand as if waiting for some one’s message. His phone beeps and sanskar immdiately opens the message box. He read swara’s message.

SANSKAR: IN MY DICTIONARY, THERE IS NO SORRY AND THANK YOU FOR MY CLOSED ONES.

Swara reads the message and blushes after reading, ‘closed ones.’ She smiles shyly thinking that she became his closed one in just one meet.

SWARA: OK, I WON’T SAY.

SANSKAR: SO…

SWARA: SO…

SANSKAR: GOOD NIGHT….AND SWEET DREAMS

SWARA: YOU TOO… GOOD NIGHT AND SWEET DREAMS.

Sanskar smiles and brushes his hair with his fingers. He sits down, went through some files for the meeting he will attending tomorrow.

Ragini and sujata were standing outside his room and seeing him through the window.

Sujata: Oh god, again files. I wonder if he will sleep with his files or swara after his marriage.

Ragini: Don’t worry ma, it till take time but swara will change our workaholic sanskar.

Ragini and sujata went to their respective rooms and slept.

Next day was a regular day for both the families. The day passed but not for sanskar as he was eager to talk to swara. He didn’t get time whole day due to meetings and office. He finally got time after his dinner. He went into his room and called swara.

In Gadodia house, swara was playing guitar with her closed eyes. She stops playing as she hears her mobile ringing. She puts her guitar down and picks the call.

Swara: Hello

A curve forms on sanskar’s face as he hears her voice.

Sanskar: hi, how are you?

Swara: I am good, what about you?

Sanskar: hmm…good… how was your day been?

Swara: It was good.. how about yours?

Sanskar: It was okay, full with meetings and signing deals. I got four contracts today.

Swara (happily): That’s great news, congratualtions.

Sanskar smiles. Getting four deals in a day was normal for him but today he was feeling happy as there was someone who will get happy in his small acheivements as well as big ones.

Sanskar: Thank you.

Suddenl he hears a knock on his door.

Sanskar: excuse me, just one minute.

He opens the door and sees no one. After few second he feels a pull on his trouser. He looks down and sees aryan wearing his night dress with a teddy in his hand. Aryan runs and jumps on sanskar’s bed.

Aryan (excitedly): Chachu, I will sleep with you today.

Sanskar: Ok champ

Sanskar closes the door. He then talks to swara

Sanskar: Umm.. swara, actually aryan is sleeping with me today so..

Aryan interrupts excitedly, “Are you talkingt to chachi.”

Sanskar: yes

Aryan: Can I please talk?

Before sanskar could ask swara, she said, “I will talk to him.”

Sanskar puts the phone on speaker and sits on the bed with aryan.

Aryan (excitedly): Hello chachi, how are you?

Swara (happily): I am very good, how are you aryan?

Aryan: I am supar se upar. Chachi, will you please tell me story…. chacha tells very boring stories.

Sanskar (narrowing his eyes): Achaji, I tell boring stories

Aryan giggles, “Chachi please.”

Swara: Okay

Sanskar: Swara, are you sure.

Swara (hums): Hmm

Aryan lays down on the bed with sanskar.

Swara: Once upon a time… (she starts telling stories)

Aryan slowly closes his eyes and goes into deep sleep. But sanskar also slept as he was already very tired.

Swara: Then they lived happily ever after.

She waited for few seconds but there was a pin drop silence except aryan’s cute snore.

Swara: hello…

But sanskar was already in deep sleep.

Swara (hesitates as she first time calling his name): Sss..san…sans…karji…..are you there?

Sanskar hums lazily. Swara understands that he slept.

Swara (smiling shyly): Good night sanskarji.

Sanskar again hummed. Swara cut the call and goes to bed.
