Vishal Nayak last seen and praised for his role as Mahadev in Parashuram is all set to join the cast of Rashmi Sharma’s Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein 2. He is very well known for his roles in shows like Qubool Hai, Ghar Ek Mandir – Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki, Ram Milaayi Jodi, and Sasural Simar Ka. Now, he has been roped in to essay the character of Shirish, a widower who doesn’t care even a little bit about his children. In fact, he is not hesitant to use them to hire Suman (Trupti Mishra) as their tutor to make sure he is meeting her regularly.
In a conversation, he talked about his role and said, “Shirish is a businessman. He doesn’t treat his kids well and uses them as pawns to win people’s sympathy. Though people find him sweet, he has a ruthless side. He has a hidden agenda, which is why he convinces Suman to teach his kids.”
He further adds, “This is my third project with Rashmi Sharma. Earlier I did Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi, and Sasural Simar Ka with her production house.”
Vishal has essayed negative roles in the past and it won’t be the first time he is trying his hands being the antagonist. He says, “I played a negative character in Qubool Hai. After a long time, I am getting an opportunity to play a character with multiple shades. I feel that audiences enjoy watching negative characters because they are the ones who bring twists and turns in the show.”
The actor has already started shooting for the show.
