Vishal Aditya Singh, who was considered as one of the strongest contestants of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 managed to reach the top three but lost the final stunt to Divyanka and Arjun.
Talking about the water-based stunt that came in his way to win the trophy, Vishal says, “I didn’t lose because of any other contestant, but because the final stunt was a water stunt. I would like to say that main kisi khiladi se nahi haara, lekin paani se trophy haara hoon! If you see my entire journey, I have managed to do tough stunts and even won them. But I have always lacked behind in these water stunts. When I saw the finale stunt, I knew that I couldn’t give my best because I couldn’t learn to swim in a day. If I knew swimming then I can guarantee you that I would have won the show.”
In an interview with BT, Vishal shared that he wishes the finale stunt was not water-driven. “It should have been a task, which the three of us could have performed equally and fought for the trophy. Everyone knew that I didn’t know how to swim and when the finale stunt was given, I am sure people realized that I wouldn’t be able to give it my best. So, it was obviously competition between Divyanka and Arjun. But now that it’s over, I am happy that I was in the top three and I was even able to win people’s hearts through the show. That’s what I really wanted,” he says.
When asked if he plans to learn swimming now, he said, “I will definitely learn swimming if there is another season of KKK where the best of performers are called and I am part of that season. For that, I would like to learn how to swim to win the show, and fulfill my dream,”
Vishal now wants to get back to acting. “I am looking forward to any project on OTT, film or TV. I’m also focusing on writing and direction is on my mind. I feel this is one of the skills that I have and I want to work on it. I hope I can write and direct something nice for the audiences soon.” he concludes.
