The episode starts with ravana telling the story of prabhu grihapati. Nandi and all gan keep attacking fire and burning ravana but ravana doesn’t get hurt and he tells the story. ravana says grihapati finally had his prabhu mahadev’s darshan as mahadev protected him from agni dev.
Grihapati is grateful for mahadev’s darshan. Agni dev is angry and he says grihapati you cannot live, my curse will kill you. you shall die, agni dev flies in his fire avatar towards grihapati. As agni dev tries to attack, a shield wall stops him. mahadev appears in his full avatar and agni dev is shocked to see mahadev. Mahadev stops agni dev and attacks him, grihapati is well and good from mahadev’s blessing. Agni dev is punished by mahadev. Agni dev asks for forgiveness as he realizes grihapati is the avatar of mahadev.
Ravana and ganesh pray to prabhu grihapati. They pray and sing om namaha shivay prayer song. Grihapati appears and blesses them, he notices the aatma ling in ravana’s hand and says lankesh, remember one thing! Something that belongs to a person, shall always be his no matter what happens the thing will always be returned to the person who owns it. grihapati goes. Ravana says see ganesh ji, I told you even prabhu grihapati agrees with me, I own the aatma ling and it shall belong to me. ganesh thinks, it is true that when ego takes over even the most knowledgeable man, it shall bring his end.
Ganesh and ravana continue about the story of mahadev’s avatar. ravana says the next avatar of mahadev, the Sherma avatar! the avatar of the lion, half lion, half man, half Pegasus! The divine avatar of mahadev that was born to control the anger of prabhu vishnu’s avatar, of Narsimha.
Ravana says hirankashyap had caused danger around the world and the universe. People were in trouble and feared hirankashyap. So the gods, went to lord Vishnu for help. They prayed to Vishnu dev, Vishnu dev promised to kill hirankashyap for his sins and take avatar in the world. So he took the Narsimha avatar.
Ravana says when vishnu’s avatar Narsimha completed his purpose, he lost control of his anger. Ravana says the great demon king, hirankashyap had prayed to brahma dev and asked for such a boon that he thought he was invincible and immortal. But his son prahald who was a disciple of Vishnu, kept praying to Vishnu each time hirankashyap tried to kill him. one day hirankashyap was angry and tried to kill prahlad when the pillars of his palace broke and Narsimha avatar appeared, it tore the stomach of hirankashyap and killed him. narsimha avatar then lost control of his anger and continued his ravaging destruction on the universe. Vishnu who was the protector and creator of this universe became the very destructor and so mahadev’s avatar of Sherma appeared to stop narsimha avatar.
