The episode starts with Katyar gives Shri Ram example saying that when your feet were washed by a woman she was blessed with all her wishes so if I take you in this condition then might be my boat get converted into something else which will affect my livelihood for my family so please allow me to wash your feet & Shri Ram allowed him by which after washing feet he took them crossing the river comfortably & Katyar narrates that I was blessed by getting to stay in Vaikunth due to Shri Ram.
Brahmadev says this way you get the blessings from doing Pooja of Satyanarayan to keep family happy & Devsena feels I will also perform my duty accordingly to make family happy & Valli also thinks I was a fool to compete with Didi Devsena.
Devi Mansa is moving towards Kailash to ask Mata Paravati & Mahadev that why she was ignored for this Pooja celebration.
Brahmadev says that now Raja Ulkamukta will narrate his story who was a Raja before birth of Raja Dashrath.
Raja Ulkamukta narrating his story that he was Raja at that time when I had also earned everything after doing Satyanarayan Pooja which made our heart as well ruling family happy.
One day Senapati deciding with Raja Ulkamukta of performing Satyanarayan Pooja with various materials to get from other places also but Raja tells him to not to bring from anywhere as I have everything which is needed & we should perform within our materials itself & Senapati feels little depressed of his decision but leaves for arrangement.
One more Raja Chandraketu who was a trader is also in Gods Satyanarayan Pooja is also narrating his story along with his birth in Raja’s time. He is moving in Raja Ulkamukta’s territory & discussing with villagers how to save money in business but some people are reluctant to hear him but he explains them to not to lose money in business foolishly.
Raja invites his territory people for his Pooja & all are running towards him while this trader is trying to stop them but one of them tells him to come along & see what is happening there & he sees Raja distributing Prasad to everybody of Satyanarayan Pooja. The trader asks Raja why are doing this when you have so much but Raja explains him that this is earned by performing Satynarayan Pooja & if you also take the oath than you’ll also get the blessings & he decides accordingly.
The trader & his wife are discussing what he came across which we should also perform so that we’ll become great traders in business achieving lot of monies but his wife tells him that we first have a wish of a child which should be completed. He says that can be completed later also but this is need of the hour for us.
Devi Laxmi expresses Narayan saying that how selfish a trader becomes for achieving money to perform your Pooja than Narayan tells her so that’s why I completed his wife’s first wish of a child.
The trader’s wife tells him that we are blessed with birth of a girl child & he is delighted with it. He takes oath of performing Satyanarayan Pooja by which his wife is also happy & when his wife tells him for arranging immediately then he says that not now as this is time for business but once we keep name of our child we’ll arrange & she feels depressed so tells him that but you have taken oath so not to disrespect but still he refuses saying this is not right time to spend earnings but to earn more from business.
They keep their daughter’s name as Kalavati who is blessed with entering in their lives as Devi Laxmi’s image.
Raja narrates that selfishness kept on increasing in my life so finally results happened of selfishness.
After keeping child’s name trader’s wife tells him to respect oath of Pooja but he again says that let our daughter grow up than we’ll do it as this is time for more business now so that well marry her & than we will be free to do the Pooja.
The trader’s daughter grew up & also gets married so again his daughter as well as his wife tells him now atleast to respect the oath taken but again he says we should not waste money foolishly but to donate more time for business so that smartly we can earn money & he is explaining his son in law also that this is waste of time which women’s do not understand & they both get depressed.
Devi Laxmi intimates Narayan that this is so wrong after taking oath he is disrespecting it & Narayan also says that this is what makes human’s face trouble in future by getting punishment of his deeds by which money who is Laxmi also leaves him & his family.
The trader & his son in law leaves to pick loads of trunks containing materials for doing trading business. They both are loading the trunks & packets into a boat while some thieves steal a trunk from Raja’s palace & as they are followed by guards than those thieves get hit by a stone & leave the trunk getting scared of arrest but the trader sees it & they decide to take that too & as they are taking towards their boat they are arrested by guards of Raja.
Precap : Raja punishes both by keeping them in prison. Raja narrates to all Gods that due to selfishness human gets severe punishment for his betrayal & not sticking to respect the oath taken for performing Satyanarayan’s Pooja & this affects his family too making them starve.
