The episode starts with tarkasura and atyasura at the stairs. Tarkasura and atyasura cross the stairs and they reach the place where tarkasura’s sword is kept. Tarkasura says kartikeya has broken another of my illusion picture and he has saved the gods, I wont let kartikeya get the sword in which my life force is hidden. Tarkasura says I have a plan for kartikeya and the gods, I will play such a trick this time that they wont be able to win, I will defeat them because in my lok only my tricks work.
Kartikeya and the gods come out. Kartikeya says we have to go ahead towards the palace where tarkasura has kept his sword. Indra dev says dev senapati, we have risked our lives too much. Kartikeya says indra dev, you have been whining about this throughout the journey, there are tricks and illusions that tarkasura has placed in his lok and every time you get trapped into those tricks and illusions, I have stayed alert all this time so why don’t you also stay alert and then you will be safe? Otherwise I already said anyone is free to go, so stop complaining. Indra dev says okay and says we shall go for the sword. They go ahead.
Raja devodas says, ganesh ji as you said tarkasura was about to play his next trick, what did kartikeya ji and the gods do? Ganesh says they were heading towards the sword, but tarkasura was sure that he could stop kartikeya ji because he was still egoistic, but he knew kartikeya ji was smart so this time he offered to play a game with kartikeya ji. Raja devodas says what does it mean?
There tarkasura and atyasura come in front of the gods and kartikeya. Kartikeya removes his spear and says tarkasura! Tarkasura says calm down kartikeya, I know what you want, you want the sword that holds my life and soul, but I have a rather genuine offering to you, we both can win from it. kartikeya says what is it? tarkasura says play a game of snakes and ladders with me, if you win then you get the sword which holds my life force, you can have it! kartikeya thinks. Indra dev says dev senapati, don’t believe him he has already put us in a lot of his tricks and traps. Kartikeya talks with the gods and says even if I win, we know he wont give the sword so easily because his life is contained in it, but if we play this game we can know the powers he holds and if I defeat tarkasura in this game, we will have the upper hand.
Kartikeya says okay tarkasura I will play the game with you. tarkasura says there are rules and it will be same for us both. Tarkasura says if you step on a snake’s mouth then you will be pushed into a trap or rather a riddle that I have placed, you have to cross it and come out, the same goes for me and if you step on a ladder then you go where it takes you, is that the higher number. Kartikeya says okay. Tarkasura sets the huge snake and ladder arena on the ground and tarkasura and kartikeya stand at the start to play the game.
Precap: Kartikeya faces some disguised demons as he steps on a snake. Tarkasura steps on a ladder and reaches ahead of kartikeya.
