Vasudha prays to God, saying she doesn’t need a job, but she wants Prabhat to be well. Savitri arrives and takes Vasudha to the outhouse. Everyone showers flowers on Vasudha. Gulki cautions Savitri, saying Vasudha might easily make mistakes. Confused, Vasudha asks what is going on. Hanumant performs an aarti for Vasudha. She asks him why, and he informs her that she has secured a job in the Chauhan Mansion’s kitchen. Overjoyed, Vasudha expresses disbelief that she’ll be cooking for Chandrika and promises not to disappoint anyone.
Devansh arrives, causing Gulki to hide. He congratulates Vasudha and hands her the contract papers. He asks Savitri to explain the details to her. Meanwhile, Gulki secretly admires Devansh, thinking he looks like a hero. Vasudha gives Devansh a flower as a token of thanks, and Gulki muses that they make a great pair.
In another room, Chandrika watches Prabhat sleep and, tearfully, says she is nothing without him. Savitri brings turmeric milk for Prabhat and reminds Chandrika of her fast the next day. Chandrika then instructs Savitri to have Vasudha prepare the bhog (offering) for the next day.
Devansh reflects on Vasudha’s gratitude and looks at the flower she gave him. He admires how she finds happiness in small things and hopes she stays that way, confident that she will win over Chandrika.
Vasudha finishes her household chores, and Hanumant advises her to concentrate on her work at the mansion. He mentions that it’s the first day of Navratri, and the festival will be celebrated at the mansion. Gulki predicts that Vasudha will make a mistake. Vasudha asks Hanumant if Chandrika will like the food she cooks, and he reassures her that she will. Vasudha then goes to prepare herself.
Avinash enters Devansh’s room and notices a ladies’ watch. He teasingly asks Devansh if he’s found someone special, then notices the flower Vasudha gave and is about to touch it, but Devansh stops him. Devansh explains that he just liked the watch at a client’s shop. Avinash playfully suggests it’s okay to like a girl, but Devansh tells him to gift the watch to Karishma since she’ll be attending the puja. Avinash refuses, but Devansh insists that Karishma is a good girl and worth giving a chance. Sarika overhears this conversation and vows to disturb the peace in the house.
Guruji tells Savitri that the puja should take place at the right time. Savitri asks him for an auspicious time for Vasudha’s entry into the mansion, and he tells her 10 AM is ideal. Savitri resolves to ensure Vasudha enters at that time. Sarika overhears this and scolds Savitri for making special arrangements for Vasudha’s entry. Savitri defends Vasudha, calling her a good person, but Sarika refuses to listen. Sarika plans to throw Vasudha out of the mansion and decides she needs Karishma’s help.
Raghu reminds Vasudha not to be late on her first day at work. She takes her masala box, and Hanumant instructs her to enter the mansion precisely at 10 AM, emphasizing how punctual Chandrika is.
