Urfi Javed slams Anupamaa fame Sudhanshu Pandey for his remarks on her Diwali post
Urfi Javed who is known for her out-of-the-box fashion sense is now making headlines for her war words with celebs on social media. Urfi aka Uorfi is currently in news for her Diwali post on Instagram wherein she can be seen wearing a red lehenga only. While several netizens slammed her for posting such a video on the auspicious occasion what caught everybody’s attention was the comment from Anupamaa actor Sudhanshu Pandey.
Sudhanshu, who essays the role of Vanraj in Anupamaa, took to Instagram and shared Urfi’s Diwali reel. He wrote that he does not follow her from his account but comes across such ‘heinous sights’ every day.
Urfi slammed Sudhanshu for his remarks on her post and wrote how men do not speak out against s*xual predators but are ready to slam her. Urfi further wrote, “The Irony, Anupamaa is a show about women empowerment where a woman is shattering all the ‘normals’ set by society for women. Why don’t you watch your own show Sudhanshu ? 😉 Might learn something @sudhanshu_ pandey”

Urvi is fighting for gender equality. You can’t accept men going out shirtless for normal but if a woman does it, it’s shameless. Stop body – shaming women! Support this brave woman!
This isn’t gender equality, it’s about her post on Diwali. She wore just a lehenga, what does she attain from this? Nothing except being in legal trouble. Yeah ok she might be ‘brave’ for wearing revealing clothes or posting this type of photo, but Sudhanshu isn’t wrong either. It’s good she was slammed, she deserves it.

The gesture and content is not reflective of the party in question.. Her way of eating her ladoo and holding her and wishing a happy Diwali.. Would everyone doing the same would be appropriate.. No.. I don’t think.. So she can wear nothing but not in this kind of celebration..
