Uorfi Javed is now a name which is known by all. Surrounded by controversies, Uprfi stands her ground against all the hate she gets on social media. She shot to a sudden fame after her stint in Splitsvilla 14. Her social media did rest of the work and she was a household name. But since past few weeks she has been struggling with all the negativity around her. Recently, she spoke up about BJP leader Chitra Wagh’s police complaint against her for sporting objectionable clothes in the streets of Mumbai. Now, Uorfi has filed a complaint against her.
Her lawyer Advocate Nitin Satpute said in a statement to Etimes, “I have lodged complaint for the offence U/s 153(A)(B), 504, 506, 506(ii) of IPC Against BJP Party Worker Smt Chitra Kishor Wagh for Threatening, and Criminal Intimidation to cause harm to Model/Actress Urfi Javed on public domain as well as requested for preventive Action U/s 149 and 107 of Cr.P.C, (Chapter Proceeding against her as she is continuously committing breach of peace in society by threatening on media).
He added, “I have mailed a complaint to the Woman Commission today. I will meet Smt Rupali Chakankar, Chairman Women Commission. with a written complaint for taking further action.”
Uorfi had earlier reacted to Chitra Wagh’s complaint against her for ‘indulging in nudity publicly on the streets of Mumbai demanding that the actress be ‘arrested’.
