Unknown to Friends (RIANSH) Episode #20

The episode starts as……

At 09:00am in RR house,

Riddhima and Ragini completed their breakfast and cleaned their house. They went back to their rooms without talking to each other.

Riddhima’s room,

Riddhima was standing near the window looking outside at the sky as the sun was high up spreading it’s rays as a blessing on earth and people walking on the streets continuing their day with work. Her phone rang, Riddhima answered.

Riddhima: Good Morning Vansh!

Vansh: Good Morning! When did you wake up?

Riddhima: At 07:00am. You?

Vansh: 06:00am.

Riddhima: Had breakfast?

Vansh: Yes! Just now I completed breakfast and thought of waking you up!

Riddhima: Excuse me!

Vansh: What? I am serious!

Riddhima: I can wake up by myself.

Vansh: Okay! By the way, I am still angry with you!

Riddhima: May I know the reason?

Vansh: You hadn’t saved my number!

Riddhima: Are you a kid? How can you get angry for such a silly reason?

Vansh: I am not a kid but you are a betrayer! You said that you will make up for it!

Riddhima: Okay! So let’s go for dinner! My treat!

Vansh: You won’t back off!

Riddhima: I won’t! But you won’t tell anyone!

Vansh: I won’t!

Riddhima: You didn’t ask the reason!

Vansh: You just don’t want Ragini to know we are mingling together so you don’t want others also to know.

Riddhima: Smart! Anyways, Bye!

Vansh: Bye!

They hang the call.

At 12:00pm in the mall,

Aryan and Rishi enter the mall and walk inside.

Rishi: Why didn’t you call Riddhima and Sejal?

Aryan: I did! They don’t want to come!

Rishi: Why? What did they say?

Aryan: Well, Riddhima is gracious! Without asking, she granted me permission to come for shopping and Sejal had some other work.

Rishi: *laughs*

Aryan saw Ishani coming from ahead. She hadn’t noticed him.

Aryan: Disaster!! Let’s run!!

Rishi: What? Why?

Aryan(realising): Wait…. Why should we run? I can face every disaster. Let’s walk. You don’t need to get scared.

Rishi: I am not scared!

Aryan: You needn’t be also! Just walk. This Kahani can’t do anything!

Rishi: That was Ishani!

Aryan: Arrey, she changed it last minute because y’all were laughing!

Rishi: Are you done? And why are you affected by her? Just walk!

Aryan and Rishi walk ahead, acting to ignore Ishani. Ishani saw them and walked towards them and stood in front of Aryan. Before she could speak; Aryan spoke,

Aryan: I guess you are in love with me, that’s the reason you followed me till here and now purposely came in front of me to make your presence noticeable.

Ishani: How can you never come out of your dreamland? Don’t you get bored staying at a place for 24 hours?

Aryan: Don’t you get bored thinking about me for 24 hours?

Ishani: I don’t even think about you for 24 seconds.

Aryan: Then why are you here?

Ishani: I came here with my friends, Hanky and Panky.

Aryan: Ohh, then you must be monkey?

Ishani: Ahhh!!!

Aryan: Excuse my way!

Aryan along with Rishi leaves from there to continue shopping and Ishani goes back to her friends.

At 04:00pm in VR mansion,

Ragini had come to VR mansion. Kabir and Ishani greeted her and she walked in and sat in the living room. Sia saw her from upstairs and got irritated, she rushed to Vansh’s room.

In Vansh’s room,

Sia entered Vansh’s room and saw him looking at his phone as if he’s waiting for someone’s call or message. But Sia didn’t notice it much and walked in which distracted Vansh.

Sia: Bhai!

Vansh: Yes?

Sia: Is any man from our house married to Ragini?

Vansh(surprise): WHAT?!

Sia: Then why does she come here always, like it’s her in-laws house.

Vansh: Why are you even thinking this? Did she again come here?

Sia: Yes! Didn’t we meet yesterday? What’s the use of coming here everyday? Our plan also failed.

Vansh: Which plan?

Sia: To meet her sister. You forgot? Seriously? We had planned the visit to the farmhouse only because we wanted to meet her sister. That wasn’t successful but we met really amazing people there.

Vansh: Like?

Sia: Riddhima and Rishiiii.

Vansh: Yaa…. Riddhima was awesome!

Sia: I said Rishi too!

Vansh: But you forgot Aryan and Sejal.

Sia: Ohh yaa! To be honest, I miss Aryan! He and Ishani were the best.

Vansh: Ohh yaa! She met him today.

Sia: What? Where?

Vansh: At the mall. Ohh God, she was telling me the incident and she was so irritated which made me laugh.

Sia: First time?

Vansh: What?

Sia: It’s for the first time that someone is irritating your sister and you are enjoying it. My bhai changed!

Vansh: He’s still the same.

Vansh and Sia’s phones rang. It was Riddhima and Rishi respectively. They quickly answered the call as Sia left the room and their conversation went on for hours.

At 07:30pm in the restaurant,

Riddhima was waiting for Vansh at the restaurant. He entered after a while. She unknowingly got a smile on her face. He came and sat in front of her.

Vansh: I’m sorry, did I make you wait for too long?

Riddhima: Nahh! Just half an hour!

Vansh: What? But hadn’t we decided to meet at 07:30pm so what were you doing since 07:00pm.

Riddhima: I am always punctual.

Vansh: You are extra punctual!

Riddhima: Just kidding! I came five minutes back.

Vansh: Haa!

Riddhima: But let’s order something, I’m hungry.

Vansh: Okay! As you say!

Vansh and Riddhima place their order and then talk about their families, friends, professional lives, etc.

Vansh(thinks): It’s the first time I’m opening up to a stranger. And the strange part is, she is the sister of the girl whom I dislike the most. How is Riddhima so different? It’s amazing to be friends with her!

Riddhima(thinks): It’s the first time that I am opening up to a stranger. A person whom I met just two days back. Oh God! But it’s still so much fun to talk. I have always spoken to strangers but not to such an extent. But not every stranger is my friend, right? Having a friend like Vansh is such a blessing!

Vansh: What are you thinking?

Riddhima: Exactly the same thing which you were thinking!

Vansh: Interesting, Very Interesting!

Riddhima: *laughs*

Vansh: By the way, I got a gift for you!

Riddhima: Why?

Vansh: Now since you were giving me a treat, I wouldn’t like to come empty handed!

Riddhima: Ohh, then give!

Vansh: *laughs* Giving!

Vansh hands over the bag to Riddhima. She opens the bag and finds a wrapped gift inside.

Riddhima: What’s inside?

Vansh: Are you so lazy to even open it?

Riddhima: Nahh! I’ll do it!

Riddhima opens the gift and finds a watch inside.

Riddhima: A watch?

Vansh: Yes! It’s the best friends goals!

Riddhima: Best friends?

Vansh: I know that we are just friends. But if at all you forget me then through this watch you’ll atleast remember that someone named ‘Vansh’ existed.

Riddhima: Ohh yaaa!!! That’s true!

Vansh: And this gift worked as a two-in-one gift!

Riddhima: Means?

Vansh: Remember, when we were unknown to each other and had written letters that time I was supposed to give you a gift and it turned out as a prank on you.

Riddhima: How can I forget that? It’s so true! But wait, you are adjusting that gift in this too? How cheap!

Vansh: Excuse me! You anyway didn’t want the gift!

Riddhima: It doesn’t matter!

Vansh: Hmm….

Vansh silently places another bag on the table and Riddhima instantly smiles. She opens the bag and finds a perfume inside.

Riddhima: Thanks, but how do you know that it’s my favourite?

Vansh: I have my sources!

Riddhima: Scary!

Vansh: Really?

Riddhima: Strange!

Vansh and Riddhima have dinner together at the restaurant and go back home.
