Unknown to Friends (RIANSH) Episode #17

The episode starts as…….

At 01:30am in farmhouse,

• In Room 1,

Riddhima(crying): It had happened because of Ragini! I would have lost them that day.

Vansh(confused): whom?

Riddhima: My parents!

Vansh: And how because of Ragini?

Riddhima(crying): Ragini is my elder sister Vansh! The same Ragini who’s with us NOW!

Vansh was shocked on hearing that Ragini is Riddhima’s elder sister. But it wasn’t time to stay stunned on learning their relation. He had to console Riddhima first.

Vansh: Riddhima, Calm down! But what happened? Did you see a bad dream?

Riddhima: Haa!

Riddhima had always known to keep her emotions to herself. She hardly used to vent them out in front of Sejal, Aryan and Rishi also. But today, she couldn’t keep it the way she used to. Riddhima told everything to Vansh, every single part of her dream, which wasn’t a dream but a true story which happened to her but is now troubling her.

Vansh(concern): Riddhima, calm down! I agree that Ragini shouldn’t have reacted that way but maybe it was in reflex. She’s your elder sister, Afterall!

Riddhima: I know, but…..

Vansh: Shhhh…… now you need to sleep. I’m there by you!

Vansh made Riddhima lie down on bed and watched her as she fell asleep, holding his hand tightly for the assurance that he’s there for her. Vansh also lied down on his side of the bed without removing his hand from hers.

Vansh(thinks): It’s really shocking news to know that Riddhima is Ragini’s younger sister. I mean, I always wanted to meet her but never thought it this way.

Vansh recalls his first meet and the chit which she gave him. He silently removed his hand from hers, sat down and opened his wallet only to find the letter missing. He got up from the bed and searched in the pockets of his pants and shirts. He sat down to think if he had kept the letter somewhere else or thrown it away, only to get a negative answer. After a while, he slept giving up.

At 08:00am,

Vansh woke up and saw that Riddhima was still sleeping.

Vansh(thinks): I don’t want her to think much about Ragini and strain herself. But how do I change her mind?

Riddhima woke up and saw Vansh thinking something.

Riddhima: Good Morning Vansh!

Vansh came out of his thoughts due to this.

Vansh: Good Morning Ms.R. Sahni.

Riddhima recalled about them writing the letters.

Vansh: I thought that you’d say ‘Good Morning Whosever.’ *winks*

Riddhima: *smiles* It’s not late though, Good Morning Whosoever! *winks*

Vansh smiled and was about to get up but Riddhima held his hand.

Riddhima: Vansh, please don’t tell anyone about last night. Please don’t let Ragini know that you learned that she and I are sisters.

Vansh: But Why? I still don’t understand why didn’t she want you to meet us?

Riddhima: After Mom and Dad’s accident, we had even less communications, we didn’t talk for weeks. We made a decision to not even mingle with each other’s friends to avoid being with each other.

Vansh(surprised): WHAT! Isn’t that stupid?

Riddhima: Please Vansh!

Vansh: Okay! I won’t tell her!

Riddhima smiled and couldn’t hold on herself, she hugged him. He hugged her back. Riddhima and Vansh freshened up and walked outside.

Ishani, Aryan, Sia and Rishi were outside and they greeted Riddhima and Vansh to which the duo greeted them back and all of them sat together.

Riddhima: Where’s Sejal and Ragini?

Sia: Sejal is gone out with Angre for a walk and Kabir and Ragini haven’t woken up.

Aryan: I was always right that Ragini is a sleepy head.

Ishani(confused): But you just met her two days back.

Aryan(covering up): So from these two days only, I am right!

Ishani(murmurs): Otherwise, you are always wrong!

Aryan: Why do you think that you have a low voice which isn’t audible?

Ishani: It’s good that you heard!

Sia: Can’t y’all keep your mouths shut?

Rishi: I’ll be the happiest tomorrow.

Vansh: Why?

Rishi: I won’t be witnessing these two animals fighting and arguing.

Ishani: Whom did you call an animal?

Aryan: Exactly! How can you call her an animal? You can’t insult them. Animals are so humble, they don’t attack unless we do. But this, she attacks even when we do nothing!

Ishani: *glares*

Aryan: (To Rishi) See! She’s showing her red eyes! She’ll attack me now! I’m going!

Aryan runs away and Ishani follows him. Rishi and Sia follow them to witness their argument again. Riddhima and Vansh are left alone. Riddhima looks at Vansh. Vansh feels someone’s eyes on him. He turns and finds that it’s Riddhima’s.

Vansh: What?

Riddhima forwards her hand.

Riddhima: Friends?(with a smile)

Vansh: Friends! (Shakes hand with a smile)

Vansh: But won’t it break your rule with your sister? *smirks*

Riddhima: Do you want the letter which you wrote to me?

Vansh(confused): Why?

Riddhima: Because in that you have stated that you aren’t her friend. But instead her friend’s brother.

Vansh: Smart!

Riddhima: I am! So there’s no rule breaking!

Vansh: Ohh ya! And I have all the letters which you wrote to me but I lost the chit. *sad*

Riddhima: Because I tore the paper and then flushed it.

Vansh got a flushed look on his face.

Vansh: Why? So that I don’t have both the papers and match your handwriting?

Riddhima: Yes! And Do you still have those letters?

Vansh: Yes! They are preserved well! Unlike you!

Riddhima: Excuse me! Even I have kept those letters safe with me.

Vansh: Really?

Riddhima: Ya!

Vansh: But we won’t be able to be with each other.

Riddhima: But we can contact each other, right?

Vansh: Yaa!

Vansh and Riddhima exchange numbers. And after a while, everyone gathers in the living room.

Riddhima(thinks): From Unknown we became Friends!

Vansh still doesn’t know the truth of Ragini being adopted, now please don’t ask to do that quick because that will happen little differently.

It’s their last day today in Farmhouse, what do y’all want them to do? Rather than letting the truth out to everyone, confession. Something stupid? Idiotic? Crazy? What? Drop down your suggestions!
