“Just how can you..How can you do this to me?” roared Gauri.

“I thought you would like it Gauri..besides he’s a famous one..and he knows about this industry a lot..he can surely help you” said Anika.

“I don’t want to do this..” said Gauri as she left in anger.

“Listen Gauri!!”said Anika calling after her.

“I don’t want to listen to anyone” she shouted back.

“Why does life have to be so unfair” said Gauri as she fell onto her bed. “Anika di clearly knows I don’t like him”

She threw the pillows onto the floor in anger.

“Gauri” she heard Anika banging on the locked door. “Please open the door..I want to change”

Gauri sat in silence, ignoring Anika.

“Gauri…Please let me in” said Anika, now trying to break the door.

Gauri slowly went up to the door and opened it.

“Stop trying to break it..otherwise I know that I will have to pay for it” mumbled Gauri.

“Gauri please be on your best behaviour..okay?” said Anika as they approched the oberoi mansion.

“Okay” said Gauri shortly, without any expressions.

“I am so glad you agreed” said Anika giving a kiss on Gauri’s cheek. “I love you!”

“You will also be here right?” asked Gauri.

“Well..for a while, but then I will leave with Shivaay” said Anika dreamily.

“Hi Shivaay” said Anika as soon as she saw him.

Shivaay came and hugged Anika.

“So this is your sister Gauri..?!” asked Shivaay. “She is so cute” said Shivaay giving Gauri a hug too. Gauri smiled sweetly at him.

“Where is Om?” asked Anika.

“Oh wait let me call him..” said Shivaay. “OM!!! Gauri’s here”

“Send her upstairs” shouted Om back.

“Gauri…you heard him..Go upstairs and the first roon on your left” instructed Shivaay.

Gauri nodded as she headed her way upstairs.

“Wow such a big house!? How do they find their way around here?” thought Gauri as she admired the hallway. “Okay so the first room on your left which is…this one..Urgh! Can’t believe that I’m here to talk with him again”

Gauri slowly knocked on ther door.

“Come in” said Om. And with that Gauri entered his room.

“Hello!” said Om as she gave Gauri a hug. Gauri was stunned by his behaviour. ‘Why didn’t I feel weird when Shivaay hugged me?’ she thought.

“You look pretty” said Om as he broke the hug.

“Th-thank you” stammered Gauri. Gauri was never lost for words..but today she was..’what is happening?’ she thought.

“So..shall we get started?” asked Om.

“O-om..are you not blaming me for that incident?” asked Gauri shocked with Om’s behaviour.

“You apoloised right? So matter over!” he said smiling.

Gauri nodded. “So..what shall we do first?”

“I have finished my song for Anika di..” said Gauri.

“I have a song written for her as well..So I guess we can perform those songs..and after a song together!” said Om.

“Okay..” agreed Gauri.

“But first can I hear the song that you wrote for Anika..I would love to listen to your voice” said Om.

“Sure..” said Gauri nervously.

Gauri slowly started Singing her song.

“Wow!!” said Omkara clapping after Gauri finished singing.

Gauri blushed deep red. Omkara laughed at her state.

“Why are your cheeks red?” he asked.

“Me?” she questioned herself touching her cheeks. “Oh no..that’s just..just..”

“Never mind..wait I’ll get something for you” said Omkara standing up.

“Here..” said Om holding two glasses of juice and a plate of snacks.

Gauri smiled as she took a glass.

“Thanks” said Gauri.

“So when will we start working on our song that we’re both going to perform” asked Gauri.

“Oh yeah..so what sort of a theme should it be?” he asked back.

“I mean..Maybe how Anika fell in love with Shivaay” said Gauri. “It is a really unique story..because Anika didn’t ever want to fall in love”

“Okay that it is!” said Om smiling.

Suddenly, they were interrupted by a call to Om.

“Hi baby..” he said as he answered the call. “Yeah..I’ll meet you tomorrow..missing you already dear”

Gauri was shocked by this call. “baby?!”
All this time she thought that Omkara was single!!

“Love you!” said Om as he ended the call.

“I need to go” said Gauri suddenly.

“But why so suddenly?” asked Om shocked. “We didn’t even start writing our song”

“But I need to go now” said Gauri standing up to leave.

“Okay then we’ll meet tomorrow!” said Om.

Gauri managed a small nod as she left.
