The Episode starts with Kairi telling Biscuit that a wife never leaves her husband alone, even if the whole world stands against her. But Biscuit and Imarti tell Kairi to go away and leave them.
Meanwhile, Yug narrates Maeri’s story to his brothers, who then ask about their parents. Yug recalls Chacha ji but fails to answer them properly. Suddenly, they hear noise outside—the asylum staff has come to take Maeri. Kairi rushes to her, but Maeri angrily pushes her back. Yug begs the staff to leave his Maeri, but Maeri refuses to recognize him as her son. The staff asks Yug to prove his relationship, but before he can, Maeri declares her memory has returned and vows to take revenge. Shocked, Yug falls to the ground as Kairi tries to console him.
In tears, Yug confesses to Kairi that he killed Lata and is the reason behind Maeri’s suffering. Kairi refuses to believe it. Yug insists he is guilty and must surrender to the police. Kairi stops him and asks where Lata’s body is, saying she believes Lata is still alive. But Yug insists on following the law. Just then, Yug receives a call and rushes to the hospital.
At the hospital, doctors inform him that Maeri needs brain surgery. Yug immediately agrees, while Kairi prays for her recovery. As Kairi tries to enter the ward, a nurse tells her another girl also claimed to be Maeri’s daughter. The girl argued with the nurse, and in the scuffle, her clothes tore. When Kairi asks about the color of her clothes, she realizes something and goes after the girl, but she disappears. Convinced, Kairi thinks of the girl she once saw in the jewelry shop and suspects that Lata is alive. She calls the shop owner, who gives her an address, trusting her words.
Meanwhile, Yug struggles to hide his pain but admits to Kairi that he wants Maeri to survive. Kairi assures him that everything will be fine. The doctor later informs Yug the surgery was successful and Maeri is stable. But Yug recalls Maeri’s angry words and fears her revenge.
At home, Shalini forcefully tries to take Aliya away, saying she won’t let her live with a murderer. Shaurya pleads, but Shalini calls their relationship fake. Yug intervenes, asking her not to punish Shaurya or break the alliance. But Shalini warns that society’s taunts will eventually break it anyway. Heartbroken, Yug announces he is ready to surrender to the police.
