At home, Renuka pretends to console Roshni, still mourning her father’s recent death. But beneath her sympathetic tone lies disappointment — she’s more upset about Roshni not inheriting any property than about the loss itself. Sachin, curious about Roshni’s background, visits her and notices the photograph of her father. Expecting an image of a wealthy, sophisticated

man, he’s stunned to find a simple middle-class face instead. His remark about it unintentionally offends Roshni, who bursts into tears, pretending to be deeply hurt. Paresh immediately rebukes Sachin for being insensitive. Roshni, keeping her act flawless, explains that the photo is old — from her father’s early days working at a hotel — and that he became successful later. Realizing his blunder, Sachin apologizes, unaware that Roshni is manipulating the entire situation to strengthen her victim façade.

Elsewhere, Renuka visits Akash and Riya’s room and senses tension between the couple. She disapproves of Riya’s assertive behavior toward her husband but masks her judgment behind fake concern. During the conversation, Akash accidentally discovers Riya’s secret — she’s been considering becoming a surrogate mother without his knowledge. Shocked and angry, he confronts her when she returns home. Riya defends herself, saying she made the decision because Akash never listens or values her opinions. Their argument quickly turns bitter.

Hearing the shouting, Sachin and Sayali step in to diffuse the tension. Sayali pleads with the police to investigate properly, but her words fall on deaf ears.
