The episode begins with Manjiri arranging the dining table without any cooked food. Renuka becomes angry upon seeing that dinner isn’t ready. When Sayali returns from work, she is immediately questioned about it. A fight breaks out between Sayali and Riya when Sayali is asked to prepare chicken for dinner as no one wants to eat the fish curry she had made. The argument soon drags in the two brothers, who also start quarrelling. Paresh watches, confused about their behaviour.
Paresh secretly asks Sachin what is going on. Sachin assures him that the four – Sayali, Riya, Akash, and himself – are pretending to fight to fool Renuka and Mamta. Renuka, already irritated by Sayali and Riya’s closeness, had earlier complained to Mamta about Riya’s disrespectful behaviour. Sachin also tells Paresh
To teach Renuka a lesson, Sayali came up with the idea to pretend to fight so Renuka feels she has won. The two brothers then begin acting distant, and Sayali and Riya join in the drama. Sitting in the same room, they all pretend to argue, and Renuka enjoys seeing them disagree. Paresh appreciates Sayali and Sachin’s peaceful plan.
However, Riya feels exhausted acting rude. She gets angry with Mamta and calls her, telling her to visit a psychiatrist to treat her brain. Riya lashes out at her for insulting Sayali without proof and asks her to stay out of their family matters. Akash stays silent during their argument.
That night, Sayali, Riya, Akash, and Sachin secretly go out to a food stall for dinner. Sayali and Riya feel bad for scolding each other in front of Renuka. Sachin hopes Renuka will soon realise the truth and try to resolve things.
The next morning, Sayali and Riya spend time together in the kitchen. When Renuka comes near, they immediately start fighting again. Their drama continues outside the kitchen so that everyone sees it. Riya says she will cook for Renuka. Manjiri feels irritated seeing the constant fights in the house. Tejas worries that if Riya and Sayali cook separately, household expenses will increase. Riya then offers to make tea for everyone, but all reject her tea. Later, Sayali and Riya secretly discuss how to continue their fake fights.
