The Episode starts with Tejas recalling going to the restaurant to get a job. The manager explains the work to him. Tejas worries hearing it’s a 12 year shift. The manager asks do you want the job or not. Tejas says I will do waiter’s job, what about salary. The man says we will discuss salary after 4 days if we like your work, you look educated, we don’t hire educated people, what’s your qualification. Tejas says 10th pass. The man asks him to join the job today itself. FB ends. Sachin and Sayali ask Tejas about the job. Roshni asks why are you asking him. Sayali argues. Renu asks how dare you talk like this. She scolds Sayali. Tejas thinks to stay careful of Sachin. The argument goes on. Renu sends Sayali and Sachin away. Tejas doesn’t tell clearly about the job. He says its technical, I have to deal with customers. Roshni says customer relationship type. Tejas says yes. He gets sad. He asks Renu to take the sweets. He goes.

Roshni hugs Tejas and says I m very happy, what company did you join and what’s the designation. He says its not a big company, I took this job for your sake. She thanks him. He says I promise, I m not cheating you, trust me. She says I trust you. He says don’t ask me about the job, this job is not good, but I m doing this for your sake. She thanks him. She hugs him. Sayali is at her store. She talks to a lady customer. The lady asks her about her mangalsutra. Sayali recalls Renu’s words. Paresh looks on.

The lady asks did Renu take your jewellery. Sayali covers up the matter and says Renu is nice and caring, she kept me as her daughter. The lady asks where did your jewellery go. Sayali says I gave the mangalsutra for repair, and I didn’t wear bangles because I m at the store, I kept it at home. The lady asks her to take care and goes. Renu comes to Sayali and asks her to make breakfast. The lady sees Renu scolding Sayali.

Sayali sees Paresh and asks shall I make tea for you. Paresh says no, you do your work first. He goes. The lady comes back and says Sayali, you told about Renu, Renu is treating you badly. Paresh stops and hears them. Sayali defends Renu. The lady goes. Paresh says you shouted at Sayali. Renu asks what shall I do, who will do the household work. He asks why, other two bahus are there, you can also cook food, you are insulting Sayali, she doesn’t let your respect and esteem fall in front of others. Renu argues.

He tells her everything what happened. Sayali comes and hears them. He asks Renu to return the jewellery to Sayali. Renu says I didn’t snatch it, she gave it on her own, she is doing this drama to defame me. She speaks against Sayali. Paresh asks her to stop it. She shouts. She says Sayali is insulting me by putting the stall on my name, Roshni has a big parlor and Riya works for tv serials. Paresh asks Renu to return the jewellery to Sayali. Sayali says no, I will wear the jewellery which my husband gets for me. He says I have seen what happened outside, what will you answer if anyone asks you. She says I don’t care for their words. Sachin comes and hears them. Sayali says I m from poor people, it doesn’t mean just the rich has a right on self esteem. Renu says she is taunting me. Sachin says she is saying on your face. Paresh asks Sayali to wear mangalsutra. Sayali says no, Sachin promised me, he will get mangalsutra for me, its about his pride. Renu jokes and belittles Sachin.
