The Episode starts with the Deshmukh family receiving a call from Roshni’s uncle. Everyone gathers around as the uncle greets them warmly, but moments later, he delivers shocking news — Roshni’s father has passed away. The entire family is left stunned, while Roshni puts on a dramatic act of grief, pretending to faint on the spot. Renuka and Tejas rush to her aid as she regains consciousness and begins crying uncontrollably. Her exaggerated sorrow convinces most of the family that she’s heartbroken.
Trying to stay ahead of suspicion, Roshni cleverly adds that she won’t receive any inheritance because of ongoing disputes over her father’s property. Renuka’s excitement quickly fades, replaced by anger and disappointment at learning there will be no wealth or assets coming their way. Sachin, however, quietly observes everything, his mind ticking with doubt. The timing feels far too convenient — just when the family decided to go to Dubai, Roshni’s father conveniently “died.” Sensing something odd, Paresh abruptly cancels the Dubai trip, saying it’s no time for travel.
Later that night, Tejas sits beside Roshni, trying to comfort her as she weeps for her supposed loss. She plays the role of the grieving daughter perfectly, clutching Tejas’s hand and claiming she feels alone in the world. Tejas, moved by her act, promises to support her no matter what. When Tejas steps out to take a call, Roshni receives a call from Shikha. On the other end, Shikha laughs in amusement, praising Roshni for her clever manipulation. Roshni smirks, relieved that her lie not only stopped the Dubai trip but also gained her sympathy from everyone in the house.
Meanwhile, Sachin’s suspicions grow stronger. He tells Sayali that something about this news doesn’t add up — how could Roshni learn about her father’s death days later, and why now, right after their travel plans? Sayali initially refuses to believe that someone could lie about something so tragic. But Sachin begins laying out his logic — the timing, Roshni’s performance, her sudden fainting, and the perfectly convenient explanation about the property. Every clue points to deceit. He’s convinced Roshni is faking her father’s death to avoid the Dubai trip and hide her real secret. Sayali still struggles to accept it but admits that Roshni’s behavior has been suspicious for a while.
Elsewhere, Tejas and Renuka discuss the supposed death. Renuka worries that Roshni’s father’s property case might cause financial trouble, and she reminds Tejas of Savitri’s vow about the family inheritance.
In a chilling twist, Roshni dreams of confessing everything to Shikha and proudly calling herself the smartest player in the family — only to wake up suddenly, sweating. When Tejas rushes to check on her, Roshni smiles eerily and claims it was just a dream, hiding her guilt behind her calm facade.
