Sachin and Sayali plead with the event organiser to recheck their flea market form, insisting there’s a mistake. But he coldly refuses, claiming they never submitted it and even insults them, pushing Sayali. Furious, Sachin grabs the organiser’s shirt, forcing Sayali to step in and stop him.
A senior lady intervenes. Sachin and Sayali beg her to check again. She does—and reveals their form was rejected due to two major errors. Despite their pleas, she refuses to bend the rules and leaves. Humiliated and heartbroken, Sayali breaks into tears. Sachin gently takes her away.
Meanwhile, Renuka notices Tejas looking upset. When asked, Roshni explains that Tejas wanted to participate like Sayali and Sachin, but she advises him to be practical and focus on their shop. Renuka agrees, tells Tejas to aim for next year, and decides to check Sayali’s stall herself.
Sayali feels guilty for involving Sachin, especially since he took a ₹50k loan for the event. Sachin reassures her and comes up with a backup plan—to sell flowers outside the venue.
Later, Renuka and Tejas reach the event and are stunned to find Sayali and Sachin selling flowers outside the official area. Renuka suspects something’s off, but Tejas brushes it off as part of the event’s theme. Sachin tells Sayali that when one door shuts, another opens. They sell the flowers with renewed energy.
Seeing Renuka and Tejas, Sachin mocks them. Sayali politely thanks them for coming. Then, in a cheeky move, Sachin forces them to try selling flowers too. Embarrassed, they storm off.
Soon, the organisers arrive and demand Sayali and Sachin pack up their stall or face police action. Despite trying to explain, they’re forced to shut down. Renuka and Tejas watch with smug satisfaction.
That night, Renuka and Tejas humiliate Sachin and Sayali again at home. Sachin defends Sayali, while Riya and Roshni arrive and apologize for not helping. When insults continue, Sachin reminds Tejas of his past mistakes. Renuka mocks Sayali’s big dreams. Sayali silently leaves the room.
Sachin follows her and asks why she’s so upset. Sayali admits Renuka was right—lack of English skills cost them the opportunity. She says they must identify and overcome their weaknesses, not rely on others. Sachin promises support, but Sayali urges him to work on his flaws too if they want to grow their business.

Wow so Sayali and Sachin will keep getting insulted and degraded in the program while Roshni’s truth will never come out and Renuka will never improve. Was so hopeful about this series but now it’s pathetic. Why do the producers and writers think the people like the way the series is going?
Sayali and SAchin getting belittled by Renuka who herself is uneducated and sits at home, doing nothing. Her “dance school” is empty.
This is why Indians do poorly outside, they dont have the spine to talk back and put ppl into places.
From inception to ongoing story of of Udne Ki Asha: Renuka loves Tejas & resents Sachin with Gusto. Sayali has internalized inferiority as usual being main female protagonist of Hindi TV serial she has to be coming from poor poor family, work hard to and be taunted by greedy mother in law, and have dreams that are broken over and over. Paresh once again a Hindi figurehead of a man who has lost his voice and may squeak after 5 page insult of Sachin and Sayali by Renuka. Tejas the moocher n Roashni jealous of Sayali. Aaji (loves Sachin more though try not to show), Riya (stands for truth, Sayali Supporter), Akaksh and other fills the space.
