The Episode starts with Sachin bringing a young couple from Dubai to the temple to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Since the couple has no family in India, Sachin decides to make their day memorable. His thoughtful gesture moves Sayali, who looks at him with admiration and pride. She feels lucky to have a husband so kind-hearted and generous toward strangers. Inspired by his compassion, Sayali suggests inviting the couple home for a small celebration. Deep down, she also sees this as a chance to observe Roshni closely, whose recent behavior has been increasingly odd and suspicious.
While Sachin is busy planning the celebration, he receives unexpected news — Roshni had secretly met Chitti at the temple earlier. The revelation stuns him, leaving him confused about what exactly she’s hiding and why she’s being so secretive.
At home, Sayali sets the dining table beautifully and cooks an elaborate meal for the special guests. Riya notices her hard work and praises her for being such a warm host. The atmosphere seems cheerful until Renuka learns that Sachin invited guests without consulting her. Her temper flares immediately, and she scolds him for taking decisions without informing the elders. Paresh, ever the peacemaker, steps in and requests Renuka to let it go since the couple is already invited. After a moment of visible reluctance, she agrees, and the house settles back into calm.
The aroma of Sayali’s delicious cooking spreads across the home, drawing Riya and Roshni to the kitchen. During their chat, Roshni learns that Sachin has invited a newly married couple who’ve just come from abroad — but she doesn’t yet know that they’re from Dubai. Meanwhile, Akash too waits eagerly for Sayali’s special dishes, his enthusiasm adding a light touch to the household mood.
Soon, the Dubai couple arrives at the Deshmukh house. Their polite and cheerful introduction wins everyone over. But the moment Renuka hears they are from Dubai, her eyes light up with excitement. She immediately calls Roshni to meet them, curious to talk about the city. Roshni, however, overhears this and freezes. Fear flashes across her face. The word “Dubai” sends panic through her — what if they recognize her or mention something from her past? Thinking fast, she fakes a sudden toothache to avoid the encounter.
Stepping out of her room, she clutches her cheek dramatically, claiming severe pain. Renuka, still doubtful, starts asking her about Dubai, the area she lived in, and her old neighborhood. Roshni stammers vague replies, refusing to make eye contact. Paresh suggests she visit a nearby dental clinic, and Riya, genuinely concerned, offers to accompany her. Roshni tries to refuse but eventually gives in to Riya’s persistence.
At the clinic, her anxiety heightens as she fears running into someone from her past. The dentist examines her teeth and confirms she has cavities. Riya insists on immediate treatment, but Roshni hesitates, trembling at the thought of even sitting through the procedure.
Meanwhile, back at home, the Dubai couple leaves after a pleasant and heartwarming visit, full of gratitude toward Sayali and Sachin. Later, Roshni returns from the clinic, looking pale and uneasy. Sachin and Sayali learn that her toothache wasn’t entirely an act—she truly does have cavities. Trying to lighten the tense atmosphere, Riya brings home ice cream for everyone. The family enjoys the sweet treat together, laughing and chatting, while Roshni watches silently, unable to eat due to her pain. Her discomfort becomes symbolic of the growing weight of secrets she continues to carry—pain she cannot confess and truth she dares not reveal.
