Tejas is disturbed by Sachin’s warning that guilt from stealing the jewelry could physically affect him. Restless, he tries to wake Roshni at night but fails. Unable to sleep, he roams around and runs into Renuka. Sensing his fear, she avoids getting into details and instead calls her friend Shakuntala for advice.
Shakuntala suggests they meet a more powerful monk for help. Renuka, desperate to protect their secret, agrees. The next morning, she and Tejas prepare to leave. Roshni gets suspicious and asks to join them, but Renuka lies that Shakuntala is sick and needs help. Roshni believes her, but Sachin watches them go with growing doubt.
Renuka and Tejas meet the monk, who quickly senses their guilt. Though annoyed, he agrees to perform rituals to protect them. He gives them a sacred object to place at home.
They return and quietly replace the lemon near the temple with the monk’s object. Sachin notices the change and questions it. Renuka lies again, saying she brought it from a temple visit.
