The Episode starts with a rather amusing exchange between Renuka and Paresh. Paresh is completely baffled by Renuka’s sudden burst of energy and her determination to gift something special to her mother-in-law, Savitri, on her 75th birthday. Renuka’s excitement seems too good to be true — and it is. Meanwhile, Tejas and Roshni are also brainstorming to make Savitri’s birthday memorable. Roshni comes up with the idea of giving Savitri a full makeover. Tejas, however, isn’t a fan. He believes the best gift would be returning Savitri’s long-lost Navratna chain, which disappeared years ago. He’s confident that would bring her the most joy.

On the flip side, Renuka’s enthusiasm isn’t as heartfelt as it looks. She’s more interested in what she might get in return. Savitri had promised

a special reward to whoever gives her the most memorable birthday present — and Renuka wants that reward, badly. But she doesn’t want to spend even a single rupee. She hatches a plan with her friend Shakuntala: they’ll dust off an old, unused television set lying at Shakuntala’s place and present it to Savitri as a “brand new” gift. Renuka reasons that Savitri won’t know the difference anyway. Tejas accidentally overhears this shady scheme and is stunned by his mother’s greed and manipulation.

Elsewhere in the house, Akash is planning a heartfelt surprise — a special dish for Savitri, something he wants to prepare himself. As he gets to work in the kitchen, Sayali walks in and asks for his help with something of her own. Akash agrees, and the two slip out of the house for a while. Tejas notices them sneaking off and grows curious, but he can’t quite figure out what they’re up to.

In the midst of all this, one thing becomes clear — Savitri has no interest in makeovers or fancy cosmetics. She’s old-school and plainly tells everyone that she doesn’t want any of that glamour nonsense on her birthday. So Roshni’s plan flops before it can even take off.

Back in the middle of the celebrations, there’s growing concern about Sachin. His phone is unreachable, and he hasn’t shown up. Savitri notices his absence and is visibly upset. Sachin has always been caring and attentive towards her, so his indifference this time stings. Sayali is also growing anxious. Renuka, in her usual dramatic style, suggests that Sachin may be drunk and wandering around in a drunken stupor. That comment hits a nerve. Both Sayali and Savitri are hurt and furious, and they snap back at Renuka for making such baseless assumptions.

Later, Roshni tries again to involve herself in Savitri’s birthday plans by bringing her into a room for a makeover session. But things take a turn when Savitri starts asking Roshni some personal questions about her family. Roshni, caught off guard, begins to fumble. She has lied about her background and doesn’t have a single photograph or proof of her family. She tries her best to dodge Savitri’s questions, but Savitri grows more suspicious. Despite all this, when Roshni finally reveals Savitri’s birthday look, everyone is left speechless — Savitri looks radiant.

Still, one person is missing — Sachin. Everyone is waiting for him, and his absence casts a shadow over the celebration. Paresh suggests they begin the puja without him.
