The Episode starts with Tejas demanding the biggest room in the house because he is the eldest son. Amused, Paresh tells him to build his own house if he wants a big room. Tejas gets disheartened when asked to spend his own money on it.
Just then, Sachin arrives and suggests hiring a maid to help Sayali with household chores. Sayali has been managing everything alone while Riya and Roshni never help. But Renuka and Tejas don’t value her work, thinking her small business isn’t important.
Riya and Akash support Sachin’s idea and promise to contribute money for hiring the maid. Roshni feels a maid isn’t needed and thinks Sayali is making a fuss. Renuka taunts Sayali for wanting leisure. Tejas clearly refuses to pay for the maid. Sachin gets angry and reminds everyone that without Sayali finishing the chores on time, they would all be late for office. Finally, Paresh intervenes and decides that everyone will contribute for the maid.
Renuka still doesn’t see any sense in hiring help. She goes to Riya and tries to convince her that Sayali is creating unnecessary drama. But Riya opposes her mother-in-law, supporting Sayali’s suggestion. Renuka’s biased words irritate Riya, who praises Sayali’s hard work and business skills.
At the market, Sayali catches sight of a girl and wrongly suspects her of stealing customers’ purses. In reality, the girl was following Sayali to ask for work as a maid in the Deshmukh house. Sayali soon realises her mistake and discusses her salary. She brings the girl home and introduces her to the family. Renuka is unimpressed by the girl, Manjari.
Sayali asks Manjari to do some household work to prove her efficiency. Renuka doubts her and wonders if she is involved in anything shady.
Precap: Renuka discovers that Manjari doesn’t even know how to make tea. Sayali is told to teach her all the household chores, or else she will be held responsible for her mistakes.

What’s new, these 2 witches want to sit on the flat bottoms and Sayali must do everything, no one is asking them 2 pay the maid.

For how long will falsehood win? For how long will Tejas, Roshni/Kalyani, Renuka keep on winning? Is there any other aspect of this show other than the tongue lashing by Renuka towards Sachin and Sayali to keep it interesting? This show has struck a chord with viewers because of it deals with the urban middle class family. But, other than humiliation suffered by Sachin and Sayali, is there anything else? Tejas gets away with everything. Roshni is a master of deceit. Renukha behaves as if Sachin is not at all her son. Please viewers had it enough. Let some positivity be shown.
I agree with you 100%, this show has so many good qualities especially compared to the sister shows on the channel but the endless negativity is so frustrating at this point. The show needs villains to maintain itself but surely they can afford to give Sachin and Sayali some kind of wins from time to time? The way the stories have been going recently I sincerely believe that Tejas would even murder someone and get away with it with full support if he wasn’t so stupid.
Some of Roshni’s lies will come out eventually, as well as how Tejas got the money to start his business but knowing the writers I predict that they will be forgiven easily.

I also think Manjiri is a very nice addition to the Deshmusk family. She is brave and I hope she will help Sailee in the household and her flower business. She has potential especially with her spells (nach na jane aangan thera tooo good)
Shakutala is a devoted friend of Renu, she should counts her blessings to have her. I am curious about Shaku’s fam, we never get to see her husband and kids
I don’t trust the maid, it feels like she’s there to steal from the family on someone’s orders. It’s so bizarre that Sayali didn’t conduct a background check on her.
Shaku’s husband has passed away, she has mentioned having at least one son but he’s either not on good terms with her or living far away. Not really sure, tbh her family life isn’t really important so that’s why there’s not much focus on that…
