The Episode starts with Roshni proudly boasting about her husband Tejas earning one lakh rupees in a single day. Her excitement sparks suspicion in Sachin and Paresh, who find it hard to believe Tejas, known for his lies. Still, Roshni is proud, believing in Tejas’s ability to prove himself. Sachin, meanwhile, silently hopes Tejas will return the money he took from Paresh. For Tejas’s sake, Paresh lost his savings and even considered running away with his girlfriend. Though Paresh never demanded the money back, it’s something that rightfully belongs to him. Roshni promises to return everything they owe. She even hands over the cash to Renuka out of gratitude, but Renuka’s tense expression hints at unease, despite receiving the money.

The next morning, Sayali serves breakfast. Renuka

silently expects her to call the rest of the family. Meanwhile, Paresh is reminded by Savitri Devi—Sachin’s grandmother—that her birthday is approaching. He wants to celebrate it with love and grandeur. Sachin and Riya are on board too, wanting to make the day unforgettable. But Renuka, disinterested, scoffs at the idea of joining such a “filthy” event.

Savitri Devi asks about Tejas, who again brags about his business ventures. He rarely visits her now, claiming to be too busy. Sachin mocks his business talk, while Akash too makes flimsy excuses for skipping visits. Renuka mutters her annoyance, already dreading Savitri’s presence in the house. Sachin, however, insists Savitri should celebrate her birthday at their home, so they can make proper arrangements. Renuka is clearly unhappy with this suggestion.

Sachin recalls his childhood days—how he used to save up to gift something small for Savitri on her birthdays. She was the one who truly looked after him, unlike Renuka, who never bothered to ask about his well-being or education. Now, he dreams of gifting Savitri a gold chain for her 75th birthday but worries about arranging the money. He’s weighed down by guilt over his financial limitations.

Just then, Sayali suggests a solution: she will ask Renuka for the jewellery they once handed over to her, mortgage it, and buy the chain. But Sachin doubts Renuka will agree. Together, they approach Paresh with their plan, hesitant to say it aloud. Paresh, understanding their intention, assures them he’ll take care of it himself.
