The Episode starts with Akash faking a phone call to Riya, trying to convince everyone that she is on her way. Renuka, already annoyed by her daughter-in-law’s absence, insists she wants to speak to Riya herself. Joy and Mamta don’t hide their displeasure either, blaming Akash for overworking Riya even on their anniversary. Under pressure from all sides, Akash lies yet again, claiming Riya has just left the recording studio.

Across the city, Sachin and Sayali spend the entire evening searching for Riya. Their unavailability at the celebration sparks curiosity in Tejas and Renuka, who begin suspecting that something is wrong. Back at Joy and Mamta’s house, the guests settle in, but the tension around Riya’s unexplained delay only grows heavier.

Joy corners Akash once more, demanding

honest answers. Akash, drained from repeating lies, breaks down internally. Anish arrives at that moment, instantly sensing Akash’s struggle. When they get a private moment, Akash admits how hard it is to hide the truth. Anish advises him to hold the situation together for a little longer until they find Riya. Moments later, Joy returns for answers. Akash stammers and fails to compose a proper explanation, and Renuka steps in to interrogate him as well. In desperation, Akash blurts out another lie — that Riya is at a beauty parlour getting her makeup done. Joy and Mamta don’t buy a word of it.

To change the mood, Akash suggests beginning the cultural program. Joy agrees but warns Akash that Riya must appear before Renuka’s performance ends. Trying to stall time, Renuka takes the stage. Joy and Mamta openly criticise her exaggerated expressions, but the show must go on. Akash and Tejas plead with Renuka to extend her performance, so she switches to another song despite being visibly tired. After her act, Roshni performs next, and Tejas joins her on stage, energising the audience — but Riya’s absence looms over the event like a cloud.

Meanwhile, Sachin and Sayali return to the studio in hopes of finding Riya. They meet one of her colleagues, who hesitantly reveals something shocking: Riya recently contacted a divorce lawyer. Alarmed, Sachin and Sayali rush to the lawyer’s office and finally find Riya there. Startled to see them, Riya soon breaks down and confesses everything — the misunderstandings, the frustrations, and the bottled-up resentment toward Akash. Through tears, she admits she wants a divorce and is no longer willing to tolerate his behaviour.

Back at the venue, Joy and Mamta confront Akash again, certain now that something serious has happened. Renuka fumes, blaming Riya for humiliating the family and creating drama during such an important occasion. Sachin and Sayali try to convince Riya to return and hear Akash out, but she refuses, determined to take a stand for herself.
