The Episode starts with Isha arriving in India after a long stay in Canada. She boards a car driven by Sachin, and they begin a friendly conversation. Isha shares stories about Canada’s weather and lifestyle, while Sachin shows genuine interest in her financial growth. She feels at ease with Sachin’s simple and honest nature, appreciating his amiable demeanor. During their chat, Sachin learns that Isha suffered a huge financial loss last year because a fraudster stole her investments, forcing her to return to India. Unbeknownst to Sachin, she is talking about his own brother, Tejas. Isha avoids dwelling on the painful memory, clearly frustrated and upset.
Meanwhile, Renuka enjoys the serene environment around the beach house. She goes for a morning walk with Paresh, feeling proud of Tejas for purchasing the property. Paresh, however, is irritated by Tejas’s cell phone–focused and overly meticulous behavior in arranging the money. Renuka encourages Paresh to focus on Tejas’s hard work and honest intentions. Nearby, Paresh stops at a coconut shop, where the shop owner seems oddly aware of something mysterious about the beach house.
Later, Isha arrives at the settlement office for other work, coincidentally at the same place where Tejas and Renuka are registering the beach house. Outside the office, Tejas meets Sachin. Isha notices Tejas and his wife at the office and panics, quickly leaving with the help of her car. During the ride, she continues chatting with Sachin, who remains oblivious to the connection. She even gifts Sachin a pair of beautiful sunglasses from Canada.
Excited about their new property, Tejas and Roshni return home, imagining the joy of their dream beach house. Their excitement, however, is short-lived when a luxurious car pulls up in front of the house. Expecting a nameplate delivery, they are stunned when a well-dressed man steps out, introducing himself as the actual owner of the property. Tejas realizes they have been deceived by Ajay, the fraudster who had rented the house and tried to sell it to them. The man demands they vacate immediately. Roshni faints in shock, and Tejas confesses that they have already paid 30 lakh rupees.
The police arrive shortly after, enforcing the owner’s complaint. The Deshmukhs are forced to leave the beach house, unable to digest the betrayal. Back home, the family gathers to discuss the massive loss. Tejas faces the brunt of everyone’s anger, with Paresh openly scolding him for his recklessness and poor judgment.
Precap: The Deshmukhs must figure out how to recover from the beach house scam while dealing with the consequences of Tejas’s misguided trust.

That cow Renuka, will blame Sayali for this crap somehow
It is still not clear as to wherefrom Tejas and Roshini got that 30 lacs . Was the existing house mortgaged? If so how and when? Added to this is the mystery of the 5lacs given by Roshini to Shakku mausi and to Renukha. How is it possible to get such money within a couple of hours? Now, Sachin’s old mobile has been taken by the shoe mender. He was not asked by Shika for that mobile again. Then, he should have gone to police station and handed it over to them stating the facts. Loose ends are hanging.
Cant wait for Roshini to harm Sayali. It’s inevitable.
