The Episode starts with Sayali learning a painful truth about Manjiri. Manjiri is often beaten by her husband whenever she fails to steal anything from Sayali’s house. Despite facing such violence, Manjiri remains silent and takes no step to stop it.
Sayali confronts Manjiri’s husband and scolds him for his cruelty. She then takes Manjiri with her, and they sit at a street shop. Manjiri feels deeply guilty for breaking Sayali’s trust once again. She explains that her husband became an alcoholic after losing his job and forced her to steal things from Sayali’s house. She kneels before Sayali and apologizes. Sayali understands that Manjiri was helpless and forgives her.
When Manjiri wants to return to her husband’s house, Sayali stops her. She decides to bring Manjiri home with her. As soon as they arrive, Tejas and his family start questioning Manjiri about the missing watch. Sayali explains everything and shows Manjiri’s injury to prove her words. She announces her decision to keep Manjiri in their house, but no one supports her. Even Sachin feels it is not the right decision. Manjiri is terrified at the thought of going back to her abusive home.
Renuka strictly refuses to let Manjiri stay with them, fearing her husband might create trouble. Roshni and Tejas also force Sayali to change her mind. Sayali tries to make them understand that Manjiri was forced to steal and it is not easy for any woman to accept such abuse publicly. Renuka insists that the only solution is to hand over Manjiri’s husband to the police. However, Manjiri is scared of visiting the police station.
Everyone requests Sayali to think practically and avoid bringing danger to their home. Feeling helpless and angry, Sayali decides to leave the house with Manjiri. Just then, Paresh intervenes and announces that Manjiri will stay with them from now on. Sachin also supports his father’s decision.
Sayali applies ointment to Manjiri’s wounds. Manjiri opens up about her painful life and how her husband’s beating became a daily torture. Sayali encourages her to fight back and think about her self-respect first before anyone else.
